“I contacted Jolene a few years ago because she was recommended by a friend, she assisted us then with a booking and made it so easy that we emailed to assist us with this trip. she is very helpful and easy to communicate with - we have never met all bookings completed via emails and a couple of phone calls. She always replies quickly and provided a few choices in flight classes and prices as requested which must make more work for her, so very gratefully for this. Only for me to add stopovers, hotels and transfers before finalizing the booking. I have now recommended her to other friends.”

Jared gave me plenty of advice and signed me up on the House of Travel App. The Raddison in Fiji was a great choice and started our trip off perfectly , probably should have stayed there longer. Stopped off in San-Francisco before catching the cruise to Alaska from Vancouver. The advice from Jared to use Princess cruises was correct. “Willowbank Wildlife Reserve is absolutely amazing, a perfect mix of native, farm, and exotic animals. The kiwi enclosure was the highlight for me, peaceful, natural, and the closest I’ve ever been to seeing a kiwi up close! The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly care deeply about conservation. The grounds are clean and easy to walk through, with beautiful native bush and photo spots everywhere. Feeding the eels and lemurs was such a fun surprise. Great for all ages, and only a short drive from the city or airport. Definitely one of Christchurch’s must-visit attractions!”

“A stunning day on akaroa harbor. The boat was very comfortable the staff very welcoming. Great commentary on the area and lots of time to watch dolphins. We even got to head out of the harbor to scenery nook as the weather was perfect. Overall an incredible day.”

“Amazing service offered by everyone right from the ticket counter. It is always recommended to reserve your tickets online as there are limited seats. The topography changes quickly & beautifully in a way we feel some movie is on the screen. The coach was nice and comfortable with very clean & fresh interiors. The seats were spacious and comfortable with a table placed between every set of four seats. During our journey there was some work undergoing at the Arthur pass tunnel. So we had to get down & board a bus and travel on a bus for 15 minutes then get onto the train after the tunnel. It was arranged perfectly well without any kind of confusion. We missed the train journey through the tunnel.”

“Almost an hour to the beach from the entrance, nice & flat foot path, i’d highly recommend this place if you enjoy taking a stroll while listening to your fav album. Remember to take a photo of the map before going in as the park itself is MASSIVE”

“What a great place to go with the family. Great beach with lifeguard, playground pool and mountain bike trails. Huge amount of walking tracks through forest and along the wetlands with lots of birds. The beach is huge and great to drive along. Highly recommend.”
