   Had a great night with friends all thanks to Roland! The room and game designs were spectacular. The AI intro video was very strange with its audio quality a bit off too. It would definitely be better to put effort into making a video with real workers/people in it instead. Another strange thing was the random props in the rooms that had nothing to do with the actual puzzles. Great decorations but it could steer players off VERY easily. The workers are super nice all the time and Roland especially delivered great service tonight! Clear explanations, had patience, was offering help when needed, GREAT customer service and overall a very nice person!

   Was a fun time at Thrill zone thanks to our host ROLAND going above and beyond helping us when needed or when things weren’t working as they should’ve was a good end to our Christmas Party. Maybe just the AI video before you start the escape room needs a revamp as it also doesn’t give any clues to the actual game BUT OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE

   Absolutely wonderful & helpful staff. Came in for a christmas company staff activity where us wild group of 14 split into 3 teams. Roland was super helpful juggling between helping all three escape rooms simultaneously, and was super patient and respectful the whole time while totally being a vibe! 5 stars would come again just for the service!

   Decided to go for my birthday to do a VR escape room and me and my friend had such a good time we decided to do two more VR activities. Samantha was working and she was amazing. it was our first time doing VR and she was super helpful and friendly, she did a great job explaining everything we had questions about, and she helped us with anything we needed, making the experience more enjoyable overall. All in all it was a great time and i will definitely be going again :)

   We visited Thrillzone Takapuna for our son's 12th birthday with 5 of his best mates and I can't recommend this place enough! Sonja and Seb were just incredible hosts. They handled all the details, were unbelievably patient and friendly with the boys (like wrangling cats most of the time but this didn't faze them), and made sure everyone had an absolute blast. My son even commented afterwards on how kind they were! The VR Escape Room was a first for all the boys, but everything was explained so well, and Seb was right there to help with any questions they had. The fun didn't stop there—the photos that come as part of the package are a highlight! The boys loved all the props and setting up their own green screen scenes. We will definitely be back, and I highly recommend it for a super fun and memorable experience - especially for tween/teen boys who need activities that challenge them and keep them engaged.

   Me and a group of 5 went (ages 15 to 50) to thrill zone to try out the Omni vr in Takapuna. Firstly, the staff were very friendly and made you feel very comfortable, i was just spectating and the staff were very accomadating and showed me the best place to sit while watching ect. The players are harnessed in, wearing special shoes and vr goggles. My group loved the experience though they did say you get quite a workout running on the machine, and the harness made it so u are slightly leaning foward all the time, to run, which could be tiresome. We took group photos in front of a green screen which was fun and i was emailed all the photos if i wished to print them out. Overall it was a great time and i fully recommended Takapuna thrill zone

   Brought my partner here for a late birthday celebration and OMG best decision ever! We love escape rooms but VR escape rooms?? Just wow. AND shoutout to Lorenzo for making the experience for us enjoyable. He delivered exceptional customer service and was quite patient with us the entire time! Will definitely be back - no doubt! Thanks Lorenzo and team ☺️

   We had a very warm welcome from Lorenzo who explained each section very simple and thorough enough for us to be confident in picking the “free roam” room. It was really fun! (Recommend the zombie & archery game) Chanel and Grace easily transitioned us to the next game, we felt very comfortable with them. They were very fun, kind and careful with us and the gear! Thank you so much team!
