This was a well organized, highly supportive and informational experience. The guides were experienced, knowledgeable and fun. The timing was just right with some short rests (it was windy!). They helped folks that were less experienced and make the experience fun and safe for all. Kayaking in the dark has some challenges and they made sure that they kept folks away from the stumps. They gave interesting historical information as well as information about the glow worms.

Had a great time! This was a family ride along part of Te Awa Trail during the hol's. Richard was super helpful throughout, from answering questions before we made our booking through to setting us up on our bikes, nothing was too much trouble. My bike was ideal, thank goodness for soft gel seat covers I say. So glad we did this!

We rented mountain bikes to cycle the Te Awa River Ride from Cambridge to Lake Karapiro. As it was a rental on Christmas Day, had the bikes delivered to us at the holiday park. The bikes were in very good condition, with helmets and locks provided, and some even had accessories like phone holder, etc. The river ride was smooth, wide and easy for the kids.

We did the glow worm kayack tour and it was a wonderful experience. It was an amazing way to see the glow worms (better than the glow worm caves) as you feel you really got to see them in nature and being below them on the river was an awesome vantage point. The kayack trip out and back was also lovely, so scenic and wonderful to come back after the stars. Our guide was very friendly, helpful and informative. The little drink and snack break was also appreciated.

If it was possible to give ten stars, I would! The glowworm kayaking was undoubtedly one of the most magical experiences my girlfriend and I ever made. Our guides were super helpful and friendly, they made us feel welcome at all times. They even prepared a little snack for us to enjoy during the break and shared interesting facts about the area with us. Definitely recommend (do bring an extra layer of warm clothes though)!

Took a couple of ebike out for a ride along the Waikato river trail. Beautify scenery and a nice track to ride (effortlessly on an ebike). Highlights were swinging bridge, tui sculpture and beautiful scenery. Shame no cafe open at half way! Next time perhaps.

We are two families hired 4 kayaks for a half day for a self guided kayak tour on a Waikato river. All the service by a team was perfect from the explanation by phone call in the beginning till the end of the day. They were kind, patient, and professional. Provided all the equipment and made all safety explanations. The whole experience exceeded the expectation, although one of the teams was flipped ))). The river and especially the brach were amazing. The paddling in small canyon was one of the best experiences in all the trip to NZ. You feel like in Avatar movie set.

Me, my wife and a guest of ours from Italy did the kayak gloworm tour. WOW, what an experience! The equipment and supplied splash clothing were good. The briefing was concise and to the point, as were the safety checks. Our guides Steve and Dan were great and very professional. It was great to learn some of the history of this area of the river. The absolute highlight was kayaking the canyon and seeing the thousands of glow worms, simply stunning!

Friendly and helpful staff, good quality hire gear (kayaks and life jacket in this case). It looked like they have all sorts of hire gear like electric and normal bikes as well as water activity gear. We did a self guided tour up the nearby river where there is amazing scenery.

Fantastic team to go with. We did the 60km Te Awa ride along the bank of the Waikato river on E Bikes. Was absolutely brilliant. Quality bikes and good safety and instructional talk before we see off. The company supplies bike and helmet. Lofty was great, and pointed out places of interest during the shuttle driver to the starting point.
