   A wonderful wine tour! Greg shared with us the Geology. Geography and Meteorology in Hawke's Bay to help us understand how the grapes grow in this area. Add that to amazing wineries learning about the process of converting grapes to wine!. LOVED Swift Wines and Trinity Wines for taste and education. Trinity Wines also had an amazing appie platter (blue cheese and honey on a nutty cracker was the bomb!). Brookfield and Church Road showed us how many good wines they have outside the liquour stores! Thanks Greg and the Grape Escape for a great day!

   This tour was amazing. Greg was outstanding as our tour guide and his knowledge of the area was second to none. The 4 wineries we visited were all lovely and the hosts were so informative with great stories to tell. We met some amazing people and would highly recommend this tour in Napier.

   Thank you Greg for such a wonderful afternoon. You are such a great guide. Peter and I had a great time visiting 4 wineries and drinking very tasty wines. We met wonderful people from around the world. I always find such encounters interesting because the first few minutes are usually pretty formal with hellos, where are you from... and after having a few glasses of wine, we are like old friends having wonderful chats, laughing and we could not stop chatting. The glue to a wonderful tour is definitely Greg. You made us feel extremely relaxed, comfortable and the wineries were fantastic. In conclusion, if you are thinking about going for a wine tour...    First ever wine tour in the very capable hands of Greg, a highly professional local guide. Picked diverse wineries all of equally high quality. Finally realised the added value of a guided tour! Have come across some of the wines we sampled, now have a better undestanding of how they got from grape to table and a more discerning palate. Thanks for that Greg.

   Really enjoyable wine tour organised by Greg, he was professional, friendly and prompt. His van was clean he is very knowledgeable about the local area. We visited 4 vineyards during the afternoon, Brookfields, Askerne, Craggy Range and Linden Estate. We had a great day and would highly recommend using Grape Escapes for your Napier wine tour!
