Quick and easy process. Enquired one day and the next day John was onsite to have a look at our property, discussed some options, and then he sent costs, and once paid, he scheduled the delivery and so had a cabin onsite within 4 days of enquiring. All I needed to do was tell him where I wanted it, pay for it, and then it was delivered. Would recommend to anyone! stress free not like other companies need so much from you before you can even get one. Thanks John and Team

John Wong is a fabulous ambassador for Just Cabins. He is friendly, professional, reassuring, no question too silly, no ask too big, quick with a reply and happy to help. John has the patience of a saint. Nothing was a problem for him. We originally wanted to view the cabins first, for which he carved out some time from his weekend. And then was fine when we changed our minds. John was a big part of the reason why we ended up going for a Just Cabins cabin. We have a bit of a slope on our property so weren’t sure if we needed a site visit. But we were able to take some photos and John was able to tell we’d be ok from the photos alone. Tony, the one-man band delivery person, was super nice and easy to deal with. He had us all set up in no time and hooked up the power for us. The cabin itself is a good size; bigger than you think. Carpets and curtains are good quality and there’s a panel heater which should keep the space warm in the colder weather. We wanted the cabin as a temporary extra bedroom. The kids and the mother-in-law fought it out and the mother-in-law is now happily enjoying her private garden retreat; making the cabin comfy, cosy and cute.
Really like the cabin and also John and the team were super approachable really friendly and professional at the same time. Communication was on point with John. Thank you Just Cabins and the team.
John was easy to deal with i first made contact via phone and then via email, he arranged a viewing of a cabin so I could get a feel on if it was going to work for me or not. He then came out for a site check, I had to wait a few weeks for a cabin to become available and be cleaned. His contractor who delivers the cabin was friendly and easy to deal with. I’ve been in the cabin nearly a week now and it is nice, warm, and pretty sound proof. I am happy with my experience and would recommend these guys first before anyone else.
My experience with Just Cabins Porirua has been excellent, from my first phone call of inquiry to installation. John made the process very easy and stress free, his communication is outstanding. The cabin it’s self is clean and tidy. The man ( I’ve forgotten his name so sorry!) who delivered the cabin was excellent very friendly. I highly recommend getting a cabin from Just Cabins Porirua.
Our cabin experience was easy and John was very responsive to all Queries. Cabin came clean and enough space for me to create a mini arts and crafts area away from my kids. Would definitely recommend to those looking for a separate area away from house. Thanks for the professionalism and easy set up.
I dealt with John from start to end. So, this process has been excellent from the get go. John very flexible, patient and professional. I'd also like to add I'm the first (not sure nationally) but for the area to have a cat door installed! Obviously the benefits far outweigh other cabin places who don't allow cat doors. Its a huge peace of mind. Besides, knowing I've paid for it, once I'm done with the lease cabin the cat door is my cat door :) Delivery of the cabin was prompt. Terry (one man band) got the cabin in and was out of there. I thought the QR code he presented was a really thoughtful touch too! Too meke alright! The cabin itself is nice-I had swapped out from a Pencarrow cabin-say no more about this lot so logistically having this all happen and the cat door installed in one day was pretty good going esp in L3. My Just Cabin cabin seems warmer and larger too-than the Pencarrow one, and by far warmer with the carpet, panel heater and curtains. I would highly recommend John and crew from Just Cabins any day!
