   Rich was such a great help! I had no idea that travel agents have different flights and prices than I could find myself- and for cheaper! He helped us all sit together even though we flew on different dates home - such a great asset to my family in a time of need. I 100% think Richard is the master of his trade, there is simply no one that can understand the level of complexity he helped us with and how kind he was. Couldn’t recommend further! Thanks Rich!

   We had an amazing experience working with Richard. From the very start, he was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and really took the time to listen to everything we wanted from our trip. He tailored the entire experience to suit us perfectly and made sure every detail was taken care of. Before we even left, he checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and was available throughout the trip whenever we had a question or needed help. When one of our accommodations claimed they didn’t have our booking, he stepped in immediately—even though it was late evening for him—and got it sorted quickly. He also helped us when our private transfer was running late, making sure everything was back on track. His support gave us so much peace of mind and allowed us to just relax and enjoy the trip. We highly recommend him and would absolutely use his services again. In fact, we’ve already shared his details with friends and family!
