“I love the customer service here from the 2 men who work here. They are very helpful and friendly. I came here today to send a parcel. Fast service and very helpful staff. Great location with lots of parking.”

“I live in Orewa and I choose to drive to silverdale over using the Orewa post office as I tend to have quite a few packages and the staff at my local office seem almost inconvenienced when they see me. Tracey never been anything but kind and professional, even when she’s busy. today I had six packages to send and without even asking the customers names on each of the tracking numbers, so I could let them know and not get confused. Little things like this are so appreciated, she’s so g great to deal with and always wishes you well, even when she’s flat out and the only working.”

“My local postbox is getting ripped out so my closest postbox and post office are these guys. I don't have a problem with their customer service - they had always been friendly and be as quick as they can. Don't understand the low rating? If it's to do with packing supplies, you do need to bring your own if you haven't packed it already at home. The entitlement is outrageous. It's the same at any other post office - you bring your own. If they give you any, it's because they are doing it out of sincerity. So thank you, for those that did that, but know it's not a given. I would highly suggest not to do it again though.”

“Frankly, I am unsure of why so many reviews are negative -- personally I have never once had a problem with sending my mail with them!! Everything they've helped me mail out has reached their intended destinations. The woman at the counter is always very friendly and service is prompt :)”

“The service at the PO Box centre is excellent. The two woman/ladies that work there go out of their way to be helpful and pleasant. The service is a significant improvement from when the centre was part of the book/stationary shop. The greeting is always friendly and welcoming when I make an enquiry. Great job!”

“NZ Post had me at my wits end; after trying to get a parcel delivered for over two months to Auckland. No matter how many calls or emails to NZ post, I always got through to a different ‘operator’ making promise after promise, but no results. I decided to pop-in to the Grey Street branch in Tauranga where I explained my frustration to Sue (don't know her surname). Without any hesitation she jumped in to bat for me - Two days later she called to advise on the progress, and two days thereafter to let me know that the parcel had been delivered – what a star. Sue - even though you had nothing to do with this shipment (sent from Napier), you went out of your way to solve the problem for me, you are awesome! - and your company needs more staff like you.
