   I tried to phone and find out if they still issued number plates. None of the (phone) options would let me do this. N Z Post' system is so automated that it ignores the basics of customer service. I'm hanging up after 8 minutes

   Title: Extremely Disappointed - Terrible Customer Service! I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with NZ Post, and I must say, I was thoroughly disappointed with their level of service. Firstly, their customer service was incredibly unhelpful. I reached out to them with a simple inquiry about a delivery, and instead of providing any assistance, they seemed disinterested and offered vague answers. It was as if they couldn't be bothered to address my request. Not only did this cause me inconvenience, but it also affected the recipient who was eagerly waiting for their item. The lack of punctuality and reliability demonstrated by NZ Post was simply unacceptable. Overall, I would strongly advise against using NZ post Milford, Save yourself the headache and opt for a more reliable postal service.

   NZ courier is the worst delivery company in the world. Really bad services! Why the customer paid overnight fee, but 3-4days received parcel? Why pickup time today, but the staff pickup the next day? Organization behavior, Process management, HR management, Transportation management, Customer services, where are they?

   I had to go there 3-4 times to find out about a delayed parcel and that was their fault in the first place for not scanning the parcel... and every time when i was there i was fed different information and they misled me. And the worst thing was on my last visit when i actually complained about the service and asked them to find out what happened to the "delayed parcel" there was this guy who came in the middle of the conversation which i was having with the lady who was serving me, and stated to talked me in a very "rude tone" as if i was the one to blame for them bad service!! Unbelievable! This guy did not have any "Professional experience" (The way he talked to a lady was not acceptable) I believe, and hence he literally came in between to a conversation that he had nothing to do with! REALLY POOR AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE from this particular guy at the store and I was very frustrated by this whole experience! Not recommend getting served by this person.

   The owners are most kind and helpful! I was stuck in Milford as I forgot my wallet and Hop card. Thankfully they let me transfer money to them online in exchange for cash. They actually repeatedly offered me a ride home too. Thank you so much for your random act of kindness!
