   Had 10 letters to post. Despite google maps saying there's a mailing service at Newtown, all I found was post boxes. Still looking for a post box.

   Nice shop staff but their couriers have gone downhill. Recently had a package they didn't couldn't be bothered to deliver and just left it at the post office without any communication until I called and asked about it. Then I find out they delivered a package to the wrong address and and when I call about it they said the courier isn't answering his phone

   Always great service here at Newtown, nzpost is quick and efficient. Prices haven’t changed in a few years. I wouldn’t use any other postal service, Only issue with this store is there’s no carparking,

   New Zealand post has changed her logo but it came with a hefty price. All shipping prices are now extremely expensive. Gifts that I have send last year to 4 destinations were 11$ this year they where 36$ so no Christmas presents for :/. Also courier service the worst. Had to use them twice came almost after a week to pick the parcel. Was lied to the parcel was already picked by the driver when it was at my house. No proper delivery log so had to request another job for the same parcel at two occasions. Unprofessional and over priced!!!
