   Do not go here for postal services! They told me I needed more postage, so I paid more, and when I asked her to put the extra postage on the envelope, she said she would do it later. Guessing my letter did not actually need extra postage. Big surprise that my letter never arrived at its destination either (it's been 4 months). Reading NZ Post responses to these negative reviews, it is clear nothing is going to change. The dismissive & generic "do more work by filling out another form and telling us the exact same thing you just told us here" is a sign. The only appropriate response to these types of reviews is "this is unacceptable and we will be auditing this location and removing them from our system if things don't improve substantially immediately". What we can do is stop going here and giving them our money. It's fruitless anyway - your letter or package will likely not make it to its destination.

   This NZ Post Centre is overcharging their customers. This has been ongoing for awhile as they are the only NZ post service closest to the embassies in Thorndon. They know this and they take advantage of this position by overpricing their services. Yesterday, I bought a small courier bag from them and was charged $12.50. The RRP for small courier bags is $9.50. Other NZ Post centres I have been to before only ever charges the RRP. This is not my only negative experience with them. I have also tried their photocopy services (again for a document for an embassy) and I was charged $1/page. That’s about 3-4x the price of other shops. If you can buy NZ post bags and other services elsewhere, I recommend that you do if you do not want to pay bloated prices for these items and services.

   I went there to print photos for my passport, staff are really helpful and friendly. I was happy that they provide the photo printing service in thorndon branch, since most of NZ post branches do not.

   Went for sending something. I asked for a piece of paper to write down the address and stick on the box. The guy told me in a cold tone saying they don’t have those kind of thing, I can buy a plan box from them. Also, this is the first time I was asked to buy a whole sellotape to use. And I’ve been to so many post office in Welly, they are the only one ask you to buy. Man, you just want to make money without offering any help. If you have another choice, don’t go to them.

   I went to this shop to return an online order. I asked the lady behind the counter for a cello tape to seal the package. She said that I'll have to buy a whole roll and won't be able to lend me any tape in a very rude manner. Even before I asked, it seemed like she was not willing to help you out. I had a very unpleasant experience from a very rude person and would never go back to this shop.
