   Have a very bad experienced with the staff of NZ Post Center Grey Lynn. She was showing the attitude toward me for no reason. I was almost crying in front of every one because the way she treated me as her customer. If you want a professional service don’t ever come here. Otherwise gonna end up in tears like me. The owner should train their staffs again. Just an awful service that I ever had in my life.

   Been a happy customer of the PO Box Lobby for over two years & I always appreciate the personal attention the lobby mgr provides… he kindly answers all of my semi-annoying inquiries about various slack delivery drivers!! :-D Overall the NZ Post PO Box service is top notch & well worth the cost - especially if having all of your mail/parcels delivered (WELL) before 9am M-Sat is of any value to you… as it most definitely provides for me!

   Whoever was a delivery driver for Auckland CBD yesterday, 09.11.2021 - thank you for loosing / stealing my parcel worth $30. And yes, it was Grey Lynn, not Highbrook, because 'Grey Lynn' is what it said on the tracking page as the delivery depot. This is the third package this year to go missing. [Edit 12.11.21] Good grief! NZ Post go from bad to worse, if that were possible. In their reply (below) they say I should contact them via a web page. I have. Two days ago. But have heard absolutely nothing back, not so much as an acknowledgement, let alone any attempt to find my package. NZ Post is a complete and utter joke.

   Incorrect hours listed on google, they change in winter apparently. Also you can't rely on staff to inform you of mail forwarding (instead they sold me another envelop lol scam alert) and they're often pretty rude. The bank service is fine though, I've not had problems with that yet, but I wouldn't trust any advice from them to be frank.
