Waited at the counter while two people did nothing, only to tell me that they were not taking mail today, everytime I gonear the place this happens, at some point just don't advertise you can do a service, when you can't.
Pretty useless spot. Couldn't help track a package from NZ Post at a NZ Post shop. NZ is degrading.
Have never had a problem, always friendly staff and great service.
Sent an international package through this center at the end of November, hasn't moved for a month, didn't put Express shipping on it even though I asked for it, had to enter a package search request through NZ post, probably lost the package. DO NOT USE.
Don't use them if you want your letter or package to be sent to where you want it to go. Terrible and stressful experience trying to send very important and urgent documents overseas while they only posted them domestically to nowhere. Doubt the staff have had any training.
Not open on Saturdays only the night and day is open. Had to go in to find out it was closed
