   Didn't ask me if I wanted courier or regular post when I posted four parcels. Also didn't ask me the value of each parcel. How am I supposed to know what addresses in Auckland accept regular post and those that only accept courier? I am not a mailman so I don't know how things work, so they should ask questions to make sure customers are not under insured for damage/loss, and also that there are no hold ups with the delivery. Now two of my four parcels are missing, and one will not have enough compensation to cover the full cost of replacing it. Never going to post through this location again.

   " It takes years to win a customer and only a seconds to lose one." I think this line is perfectly fit for this business. Poor customer service and will not visit that store anymore. No sense how to deal with customer.

   The shop owner old guy is such a Grumpy Dude i ever seen in Nz.He don’t have any respect for their customers.I have been told not to use the phone in his shop & declined Western Union Services towards his attitude.We don’t recommend this shop at all.The Old Guy is such a Clown.

   Extremely rude shop owner !The younger guy was professional but the older man needs a lesson or two in civil etiquettes. Rather than addressing the issue with a parent , the older man had the audacity to tell off my child twice in my presence ! Why keep cheap ware for children on display if you do not want children to touch them ? I had no hesitation in saying I rather go to a $2 Chinese shop than come back to this rude shop owner ! My child left in tears and we are never returning to this store. Terrible such level of Customer Service is coming to NZ !

   Exceptionally helpful service here. They order in huge numbers of postage bags for our business and when they see our car they bring a trolley out for the packages. Super helpful and friendly. Plus it's easy to park close by. Have a friendly chat with these guys - we discussed our needs and now they make things so much easier for us than other post shops.
