   I'm happy with the service most of the time. The staff are patient and friendly. I think some reviewers are being too harsh on the staff. They should try using Aramex - then they'll realize how good NZ post is.

   Employees work irresponsibly. I came to fill out registration information to change the name of my car. They have a form to change but they told me to change online. I asked them which website they had and they said they didn't know. I showed them I tried to go to the website nzta.govt.nz and I couldn't find it online and they said they didn't know? So what do they go to work for? When the issues are related and they say they don't know and ask me to call the switchboard. I asked them what number to call and the answer was they don't know. It isn’t once time and a lot of times I felt uncomfortable with they worked. I think they don’t work anymore if they don’t know anything

   They need to be trained and update their knowledge to keep up with current technology NZ post have. Probably customers are more aware of what NZ post can do than those local shop workers. Just be careful.

   Why you guys always leave my parcel far away from my house? There is 6 houses using one drive way, and you guys just leave my parcel at the beginning of the drive way, there is lots of people walking by there. I have lost at least 2 times from your delivery, no refund, and the only thing you suggest me is check my neighbor‘a camera. I am really disappointed of the service which you guys have given

   Useless. Closes at 5pm, but times on Google Maps still show as 5:30pm. Reluctant to help or provide information.
