   Came here to post a parcel for the first time and the lady at the counter was really rude and has no sense of customer service. Told me to leave my parcel “over there” and she’ll scan it later. There was one other customer in the store. What a way to get your day ruined by people who have no courtesy for their customers. Should have marked this post shop as a red flag considering others have bad reviews too.

   Refused to scan my parcels even I was the only customer in store from an India female staff with very rude attitude and unkind words. Shame on you as the community supported your business during difficult times, but you gave back to the neighbors in an uneducated way.

   Refuse to accept my parcel, ask me to call 0800 number. Even I am holding the box (with pre printed lable on) stand in the shop already. Will not visit again.

   The worst post I've ever known!!! And I'm from Russia! They've lost my parsel. Tracking system shows it was with the courier for 2 months and to my asking was said "we don't know there it suppose to be"!!! Terrible service. Couriers still parsels and the post is doing nothing about it!
