The service we were received was outstanding! They went over and above to help us send our package overseas, including taking batteries out of a tricky toy and placing it back nicely into its box. Thank you both so much for your help. Its a definite 5 stars from us! :D

Sent my last rental home keys from here Saturday was promised it would arrive Tuesday it's now late Thursday parcel is missing and I can't get my bond back without them nz post charged the earth to send 2 tiny keys and lost them no accountability complained yesterday and it still can't be found it said pick up Time 9.42am Saturday which was as soon as we dropped it off which doesn't make sense. Can't be hard to track your Saturday collection man when you said it would be collected Monday the app said otherwise . I have a family medical emergency and can't get to it so thanks for NOTHING and ruining someone's life basically by loosing those keys my bonds being held because of incompetence.

I wouldn’t even rate you one star. The customer service lady on the phone was extremely rude. I told her I have my passport in the package so I really need it she started to give me extra unwanted information saying that I can’t visit overseas as immigration has my passport. Does she even understand that she should mind her own business and not give wrong information. She said she had a written agreement on that with immigration New Zealand how rubbish
Had to get 2 parcels redirected there, I got a rude phone call the day after they had both arrived trying to rush me to collect, and when I did collect they were rude again. If you don’t have space to store parcels then don’t sign up to be a parcel collection location
You should change your business hours on Google or your own website if you close for 10 days!!! I didn't redirected it to you if I knew it .. I do really need the parcel NOW and you are closed till 3rd... Don't know what to do....
This is my local and the man who runs this joint is the king of postage. Every time I go I am welcomed with a smile and I always get good service.
