Sent a parcel that clearly stated it was fragile and the grumpy old lady behind the post office counter took it and dropped it from a meter high straight into the trolley. Not recommended at all. This lady needs to retire if she can't muster the minimal etiquette required to treat other people's possessions with respect.
I am trying to locate my missing parcel and have been told 5 different things and two weeks later my parcel still has not been located. Absolute joke.
Poor customer service yesterday. The person who served me was not up to standard and could not process a simple bill payment. She refused to get another person to do this and I had to leave and spend an hour on hold trying to get the bill paid. This is extremely poor.
Always helpful and friendly. I think our postshop is the best!
