   Curteious but un-trained staff. I was initially given wrong advice on the cost of international mail. The letter sent to international address through them never reached destination after two and half months. On inquiry, I was again given wrong advice to wait for at-least two months and come back to post shop for refund. The staff needs to be trained to provide correct information to customers.

   I am a regular customer at NZ post Frankton since I am living in Frankton. But, never had such a bad experience which I had today. And it is just about one staff "Aleesha". She is very arrogant and rude. We redirected one of our parcel to them because we were out for holidays. Parcel belonged to my wife's name but since I was the one who redirected it so the recipient name changed to my name but we were not aware of that and we went there to collect parcel and at first she said "you guys already picked it up". I was thinking "what the heck" we just received an email that it is ready for collection so how could it was picked up earlier. Then she said we do not have it here, ring customer care and ask for investigation which we did and came to know that recipient name got changed after redirection (which I think, as a employee she should be aware of those things). And when finally I went there and I said it is under my name (which she already knew because by that time she already received a phone call from investigation team), no verbal responce but making someone's fun kind of smile and bring out the parcel and no reply to thanks aswell Very unprofessional behaviour and rude behaviour.

   I had an amazing experience with the post shop at Frankton. I really appreciate the service provided by Hardy who works behind the counter. He was very helpful and went beyond and above to help us filling the forms for an international courier.
