   I have frequently used the NZ Post located on Lambton Quay for over a year and every single time I have visited I have received above and beyond service, help and care for my business from Georgina. There are other easily accessible places for me to take my business, however, I know I will be best looked after if Georgina or her team are working. What a thriving store with amazing staff - keep it up!

   Be aware... if the post office loses or it gets stolen they will gaslight light you and tell you it been delivered... they will treat you like a criminal... wont share so called imaging... keep asking you for more information and forms...but they dont answer your questions.. then they gaslight you again... gaslighting is abusive... and this is what they do because they dont want to take reasonability and pay for the lost parcel... post office has gone so much down hill... just be aware if they lose your parcel they are disgusting... i high recommend pass the parcel or aramex any one except post office

   I’ve sent a lot of parcels and couriers over recent months. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff here. They really know their stuff and have provided advice to help ensure my parcels get to where they are supposed to go without any problems. Without exception, I have found all the team members who have served me to be friendly and helpful. That’s why I keep going back:)

   I never write reviews but the customer service was so appalling. I was served by a (Scottish?) Lady and she was so rude to me while I was buying a couple of post bags. She was using a very blunt, harsh and condescending tone that made me feel stupid and very uncomfortable, while I was just trying to post a couple of items of clothing. While I was packaging up my items, she was very rude to the customer after me; so much so that we exchanged worried glances multiple times. This behaviour is unacceptable, you don’t know who might be having a hard day. I will never use this post office again, and you shouldn’t either.
