   Go there on a Friday afternoon at 5.15pm and get told staff who work on mail don't work after 5pm. Then why does nz post say otherwise? Pay your staff till 6pm, or change your hours on Google and nz post or train up your pharmacists. Waste of a trip.

   Worst NZpost shop I have ever been to. They said it was collected same day and clearly lied as the tracking showed it wasn’t collected until next day

   I was served by someone named Emma, and I have to say it was an incredibly unpleasant experience. When I first arrived, she wasn’t there — the pharmacy staff said she’d be back in 5 minutes, so I waited. But when she finally returned, there was no greeting, no smile, and absolutely no sense of basic customer service. Worse, she responded to my questions in a loud and rude tone, showing no courtesy or professionalism. I’m honestly shocked that someone with such an attitude is working in a customer-facing role. It was one of the worst interactions I’ve had, and I left feeling extremely frustrated and disrespected. People like her should not be representing businesses that deal directly with customers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.

   Just to clarify, the NZ Post office is inside the Unichem pharmacy and sales are done by the pharmacy staff, therefore it is open the same hours as the pharmacy, however there is a mailbox outside which is accessible anytime.

   Don't bother going there for any postage or courier needs as you will be left disappointed. I've been there twice, once to send a courier, they didn't have the special stamp they needed so sent me elsewhere, second time was just to buy stamps .... i needed a box they had 20 total. Total waste of my time, I don't even know why they are there. Useless

   Went there to post a package with my 1.5 year old which is always a struggle. The attendant gave him a lollipop and helped me with the forms because the kid was getting a bit rowdy. Was really impressed with how helpful he was. Thank you.
