   They send their own parcels on priority bases and not the prepaid NZ post ones as per the lady working there. They have the franchise but they discourage you to bring prepaid and ask you take it somewhere else. Use some other NZ post shop if you want your parcels to be picked up the same day.

   Waste of time, I Googled renew car REGO, went on the government website, it said you could renew it at an NZ Postshop, I clicked on their link which brought me to the NZpost website. Found this location. At no time did it say you couldn't renew your REGO, etc.

   My local postbox is getting ripped out so my closest postbox and post office are these guys. I don't have a problem with their customer service - they had always been friendly and be as quick as they can. Don't understand the low rating? If it's to do with packing supplies, you do need to bring your own if you haven't packed it already at home. The entitlement is outrageous. It's the same at any other post office - you bring your own. If they give you any, it's because they are doing it out of sincerity. So thank you, for those that did that, but know it's not a given. I would highly suggest not to do it again though.

   I’m not one to leave bad reviews however this was a terrible experience with one of the staff in this shop. She was rude and very unhelpful. The previous day I had bought an item to ship and a male staff member let me use some of their tape and stickers to pack my parcel - however today when I went the lady refused to give me tape or paper to write the delivery address on and said I had to buy it from there store instead. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

   Terrible owner and staff. I had dropped off a parcel last week and it just gone missing, when I asked them to check the owner Sam said I have no evidence for coming and dropping off, I asked if they could check the monitor with the particular time , they said they have their right to control it. No service and responsibilitie at all.they are new owner a Korean couple not as good as the previous Chinese couple. Be careful of your parcel sending there, they won't look after at all.

   I would like to share the wonder experience that we have been working with Keshna and his team in North Shore. We are a small business and send out parcels everyday. Keshna and his team, Peter, have been severing us for more than a year. They are wonderful people , always polite, always on time and never let you down . Please pass our thank you to them.    Please do not go to this post office unless you have plenty of time to wait. It takes forever for even a simple job. Im sorry definitely won't be back.
