   Extremely Disappointing Experience at This Post Shop I had a very upsetting experience during a recent visit to this post shop. I came in politely requesting a passport photo, but the staff member at the front desk was unprofessional and discourteous from the outset. She scoffed, sighed loudly, and gave abrupt instructions in an unfriendly manner, including demanding that I remove my bag and adjust my hair without any courtesy. When I calmly asked why she was being rude, she reacted aggressively—slapping the desk and shouting at me, accusing me of being rude. The manager did step in and asked her to calm down, but the situation was poorly handled and no meaningful apology was offered. I left the store in tears due to the confrontation and lack of accountability. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location. If zero stars were an option, I would choose

   Lady at the store is very rude, we went there for photos, when we checked the photos it was blurry around the eyes and had more brightness as compared to other face, we asked about that and she told us to go to other shop. I should have given zero star but there is no option for that.

   I have never had a bad experience at this store. I found the staff could understand me perfectly. So never a issue there. Ive always found the staff very friendly and helpful. Never a long wait to be served. If anything they offer you the choice to be served at both Post shop counter or the lotto counter. I thoroughly enjoy going to this because of their staffs great attitudes.

   Hard to understand as they dont understand English properly. Not only that then you have Irate customers at the back yelling at the back. When they should be made to stand outside. Aggressive customers who are inpatient, they should be asked to leave the store rather than yelling from the top of their lungs because they arent being served and are inpatient.
