“I’ve been coming to Burger Bella Sunnyvale ever since they opened, and they’ve never missed. The food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavour. I’ve seen some of the negative reviews, but most seem to be from Uber Eats deliveries — and that’s not the same as getting it straight from the store. Every time we pick up in person, it’s perfect. The owner is genuinely welcoming and makes you feel like family, which is why we’ve been loyal regulars from day one. “This Pizza Hut has the absolute best customer service, credits to the lovely man who is often on the front counter. He has served me multiple times over the last year and he is the most friendly, helpful and kind person. One time I went in and wanted to pay for majority on cash and the rest on my card which was only $1 approx but this generous man pulled out his wallet from his pocket and swiped his own card and said don’t worry about it. This was the kindest small gesture, I was so blown away. I called tonight and wanted to make a small change to my delivery order that I wasn’t able to do online and he made sure it was done for me, no stress, no difficulty. He is a real asset to your company and I wanted to take the time to leave a review and share how wonderful this man is. Pizza is always top notch even when being delivered.
