   Can’t comment on service or atmosphere as we ordered through Uber Eats, but the food arrived fresh and hot. The tenders, fries, pickle and toast were all great — good flavour and super fresh. The toast was a bit bland, almost like it was bordering on stale, but still edible. The only real letdown was the Smokin’ Burger. It tasted like straight cough medicine — we took a bite and threw it out. I just wouldn’t recommend the Smokin’ Burger at all. I’d still order from here again, and I’d definitely get the tenders box and try other items on the menu

   I’ve been coming to Burger Bella Sunnyvale ever since they opened, and they’ve never missed. The food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavour. I’ve seen some of the negative reviews, but most seem to be from Uber Eats deliveries — and that’s not the same as getting it straight from the store. Every time we pick up in person, it’s perfect. The owner is genuinely welcoming and makes you feel like family, which is why we’ve been loyal regulars from day one. Not to mention their generosity to my little niece we really do appreciate their kindness, as well as their team!!

   I ordered from this takeaway via Uber Eats, and it was one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. When the food arrived, not only was the quality extremely poor — cold, stale, and greasy — but to my absolute shock and disgust, there were cockroaches inside the food packaging. This is completely unacceptable and a serious health risk. To make matters worse, when I contacted the takeaway to report this, instead of taking responsibility or offering an apology, they blamed the Uber driver! Trying to shift blame instead of addressing such a serious hygiene issue shows how little this place cares about its customers or food standards. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this takeaway.

   Got Uber eats. I was absolutely appalled at the state of my grilled kebab. For one it was soggy as hell and didn't look or feel like it had been grilled at all. It was over packed with meat and had next to no salad and no hummus inside. It's not that hard to make a decent kebab so it seems super lazy. My sundae was missing the 3 cookies that were meant to be on top otherwise it was good but not worth $10. Ordered loaded wedges too and I asked for them to be Crunchy but they weren't at all, more soggy. I won't be buying from here again.

   Tried for the first time. Pizza was well loaded, tasty and hot. Nachos were good, not alot of beef mince, size ok. Buffalo fries, good size and tasty. Prices a little on the high side for average servings.

   I have tried your take out menu twice and it's 2 times to many. Nachos were flavorless with a sticky over sweet supposed salsa. Salsa is generally fresh, home made, not a sticky sauce. Your 'authentic' falafels were flavourless also. How hard is it to put love into your food? Not hard! You will not see us again. A complete waste of our hard earned dollars I am not afraid to say!

   Food was good (large Bella Hawaiian with cheesy crust = $27.90). However the mark up on the product is too high. I feel the restaurant would do better in a more affluent area. Many cheap eats in the suburb. Would consider eating here again but maybe not this particular order.

   I got some chicken and beer battered fries, food was amazing!! Everything is so fresh and not sitting in a warmer. Quick answers on the phone, super easy and stress-free. Definitely getting tonight's dinner from there. 10/10, money spent well.
