My daughter loves pepperoni pizza from Domino's but i was close to Glen Eden and ordered from here, I don't think she deserves to eat burnt pizza. Not going back there.
We just order Pizza from here and they missed to send the fries. When u called a rude lady picked up the call and told it is a door dash problem. Shame on this, I have been ordering Pizza club for years. I will never order again, at least from this store. Very poor service, and absolutely no empathy for a paying customer.
Totally disappointed vegetarian slingshot pizza no flavours no taste food quality very poor.pizza was not cooked properly very saucy and cheese not cooked as well.just waste of money it happened second time with me last time ordered vegetarian stingers large pizza poor food quality,pizza was not cooked earlier as well. Ordered 2x pepperoni pizzas via a delivery app and both arrived completely burned. The pepperoni was so overcooked it turned to black dust and tasted like charcoal. The crust was rock hard — dry, gritty, and almost impossible to bite into. Honestly, it felt like no one checked the quality before sending it out. If the kitchen wouldn’t eat it themselves, it shouldn’t be served to customers. Really disappointing experience. You can and should do better.
Honestly am so tired of the lack of service at Pizza club. They provided me with uncooked doughy pizza, I called and spoke to the manager and he didn’t believe me. He told me that’s impossible. He asked for me to bring the pizza back and he will make a new one, but it was too late and we lived almost 25 mins away. We had to pop the pizza in our air fryer to fully cook it.I’ve worked in customer service for more than 10 years and this place definitely doesn’t know how to treat its customers.
Truly one of the worst Pizza's in Auckland. I have been multiple times and they simply don't know how to cook pizza. Undercooked bottom and over cooked on top. Please make it make sense
Pizza was so tasty & as I wanted and customised option for any pizza is cherry on cake. Experienced a great example of customer service in store(I think staff name who cooked is Yesha) and cleanliness of store is on point.
I must say, the pizza tasted amazing. Nevertheless, the website requires some fixing. Whenever I attempted to order online, I faced a problem on the pizza selection page. It kept displaying the message "Customization is required for selected pizza," which prevented me from proceeding. Despite my best efforts on the customization page, I couldn't get past it. It was such a hassle that I had to order from Domino's instead. This whole experience was quite frustrating.
This place used to be my favorite, I would come here every Friday staff knew my name and order but after limited cheese and undercooked I stopped going. Went in again to see if they had fixed that this time, nope, pathetic amount of cheese, why am I paying 20.90 for a bit of bread, sauce and a small sprinkle of cheese. I understood paying that much for a nice super dense and cheesy pizza but without the cheese volume this place is nothing. Please more cheese guys :( I really miss the old pizza club.
