me and my husband order takeway pizza, today at 12:45 am pizza base was raw also vegetables were uncooked. my husband sick due to eat raw food. i will give 0 rating for food.

The crust is perfectly cooked – crispy on the outside and soft on the inside – and the toppings are generous and high-quality. You can tell they put care into every pizza they make. The staff are friendly, professional, and always go the extra mile for great service. Whether you’re picking up or getting it delivered, they’re fast and reliable. I would like to share my experience with the app (order meal) in hopes of highlighting some areas for improvement, particularly in customer support. I encountered challenges while trying to resolve an issue with a meal I ordered through Order Meal, specifically regarding a refund. My main request was for a refund, but I struggled to communicate effectively with the representatives. During my calls, I found it difficult to understand some of the agents, which added to my frustration. The first representative I spoke with was unable to provide clear explanations, and unfortunately, our call ended abruptly. I was initially assured by Select Pizza that the refund would be processed through Order Meal, yet Order Meal informed me that my refund request had been declined by Select Pizza. This back-and-forth has left me feeling confused and disappointed. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my order. I ordered three pizzas, and two of them didn’t resemble what was advertised. The taste was also not what I expected they seemed burnt and lacked flavor. I specifically requested a cheese and garlic pizza with prawns, but it wasn’t quite right. Additionally, I ordered wedges which tasted undercooked, and the sour cream and apricot sauces seemed to be past their expiration. My experience has been quite unsatisfactory. Additionally, I was advised by a representative at Select Pizzia to wait for a manager's response. However, being told to call back on Thursday after a week feels unreasonable, especially since I was simply seeking a refund and not another pizza. I hope that by sharing this feedback, improvements can be made to enhance communication and customer service.

Pizza turned out terrible, the base was not fully cooked, price of $17 per pizza however lacking the qualities of a standard $7 pizza hut pizza, do not recommend eating from here, worst fast food experience in a while.
I bought 2 chicken pizzas on Wednesday 31st May. Hardly could find any chicken, very dry, very small amount of sauce. The service was very poor, girl showed no interest in taking order and had no smile despite me smiling continously. Their service and quality has dropped a lot.
I ordered tandoori chicken pizza which was with toppings of veggies, onions, capsicum, tomato. But pizza was not fully baked and i hardly find any onion, capsicum and tomato. It was just few chicken and cheese. Never going back there. This was the last time. Price up and quality and quantity zero.
Pizza was disgustingly sweet even though they said would be level 2 spicy ? I pulled for a slice and all my cheese and toppings slid off! Worst pizza I've ever had at a horrible pizza to quantity ratio. Never coming back
