   I placed the order of spicy peppy paneer pizza it’s a vegetarian pizza and she did not change the gloves too and very negative attitude,, bad service , not testy , she did not add proper items which is add in this pizza , she was not interested to make a pizza but busy to talk with her colleagues

   Ordered 1 pizza and chicken wings at 10.02pm for delivery and the delivery person arrived at 11.05pm. The food was cold and it seemed like they prepared on time but preferred to deliver after closing the store. What a pathetic service. Not gonna order again from here.

   If you want something that ud feed your pigs on a farm then this is the place to go, but for nice family friendly quality meals stay away. Food is always very inconsistent and not up to any good standard, This time went too far. We were served frozen garlic bread, barely cooked fries and pizza with very little toppings, not evenly spread at all. Pizzas basically werent cut at all, I had to remove all the pizzas from their boxes and cut myself. I had to cook the garlic bread and fries for longer when I was about to serve up. I made a complaint and was basically sent an automated message saying thanks for your comments, we will look into this. No offer of a refund or credit. I contacted the shop again and they said they will get the manager to contact me within 48 hours. 1 week later and another 2 emails from me and still nothing. Our family wont be going here anymore thats for sure. Terrible customer service, lack of empathy and obviously undertrained or very careless staff. So much for a "100% satisfaction guarantee".

   I ordered a pizza, a 20 piece pack of the southern fried chicken bites, and an order of fries. The pizza was ok, but it seems like the delivery guy might have gotten snackish on the way over, maybe? The photo is one I took as soon as I opened the boxes and counted the chicken bites. 12/20 chicken bites, and half(? 2 thirds?) a serving of fries… Feeling just a tad ripped off lol.

   Usually i don't mind pizzas from here. But I tried the Indian pizzas tonight and they were absolutely horrible. We tried the chicken Tikka, there were only 4 peices of chicken on the whole pizza, it was so tasteless! Also got the spicy peppy paneer. Again it was tasteless and missing the jalapeños! This is not the taste of India and their spices. It's a scam. if you want a real tasty Indian pizza, go to pizza club in ham east.

   Store had nice layout, but could be a fair bit cleaner. Staff were very friendly. Pizzas a bit skimpy on the toppings, but still tasted nice. Dough was not overly oily.
