   Placed an order for 19 pizzas for a large group of 32 people on Saturday night, the whole process from ordering, to calling in to drop off pizza flavour labels, to collecting the pizzas (right on time) was such a pleasant experience. The pizzas were beautiful and delicious. Thankyou so much.

   I recently visited Domino's and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The staff service was poor, ( no smile or acknowledgment at the counter) Moreover, I was deeply concerned about the hygiene standards. The food preparation area looked highly chaotic and cross-contamination seemed inevitable. It was evident that the space was not cleaned as they went, which is crucial for ensuring food safety. I hope they take immediate steps to improve both their service and hygiene practices to ensure a better experience for their customers.

   Tried to order a margherita tonight. Pretty much a staple of the pizza realm. The staff on the phone had never heard of a margherita but said they'd make one with cheese and a chopped tomato puree. Unfortunately what we got was nothing like a margherita. The base was soggy and too much cheese. The herb sprinkle they used tasted nothing like basil. Their website clearly shows a photo of a classic margherita. It filled us up but didn't measure up unfortunately.

   Ordered here for dinner, 2 pizzas, we had traveled from Ngaruawahia when arrived home ,pizzas were not cooked properly did not enjoy pizzas at all. Will not be ordering here again as this was second time disappointed.

   Convenient location, good parking and okay service. The last two times i ordered, the store had no cheesy garlic scrolls in stock and this was not communicated with me. The most recent occasion was last night. I was able to order the scrolls on the app and when i picked up my order they had decided to substitute the scrolls for another item of their choice and not tell me (first cheesy garlic bread and second a plain garlic bread) The first time i got home and thought they had given me the incorrect order by mistake, which happens from time to time. But the second time i pointed out the docket and that my order was not correct. One of the workers told me that they didn't have any scrolls and said sorry they were busy. I didn't get my money back for the cost difference between the item i paid for and the item i received. Both times the food was yummy, but I'm just super disappointed with continual lack of communication and ‘’sorry we were busy’’ doesn't excuse it happening twice.

   Staff friendly, fast and on time. However, my order was incorrect. 9 out of my 50 pc Chicken Mega Box was missing and both of my pizzas were burnt. Tried to call twice to resolve issue but was hang up on. Left feedback on the order too
