   I will never go back to Dominos after this experience and a number of similar experiences. Food was about most-cheaply made flavourless garbage. Paid more for the indian special pizza combo, but the pizza had nothing but the taste of spice, something that resembles cheese but stingily added, base tasteless cardboard. Chips were cold. Garlic bread was cheap and disgusting. My food just sat on the side getting cold instead of someone even bothering to check. Customer "service" pretty much non-existant. Dominos used to be quite good and value for money a few years back, now that it has been taken over right across the board, the quality has dropped insanely. I will never support Dominos again. Pizza Club is 100 times better, yes more expensive but SO worth it! I hope Dominos goes into the ground, they deserve to tbh.

   I had one of the worst experiences with Domino’s. The pizza I received was completely unacceptable — cold, poorly made, and nothing like what I ordered. I called the store to discuss the issue and hoped they would help fix it, but before I could even finish explaining the problem, the guy hung up the phone on me. That’s incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. I’ve always chosen Domino’s expecting decent service and quality, but this experience has completely changed my opinion. If this is how they treat customers when something goes wrong, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and thanks to the person who received my call around 9:30 pm never gonna order from your store and even doesn't recommend other.

   I ordered from nawton driver sat in driveway I missed 1 call while pulling baby out of bath so he drove off I noticed 20mins later order was canceled so I placed a new order then they called saying they were dropping my first order off I was like um it will be cold he said "not my problem" even though it says door delivery

   Dominos is said to focus on quality, well your ‘upgrades’ are a complete scam. Paid extra for a ‘mega-size’ and got a normal looking pizza. Called up and the person was super rude, said thats the way it is and before I could get a word in, they hung up. Thats my last order, I’d rather go try pizza hut or something else because your quality is poor and your charging for ‘extras’ but putting out the same as standard price.

   I come here semi-regularly and unfortunately the last few times i've ordered dinner from here everything is a varying level of undercooked, from the pizza to the sides. Its a shame because they were so onto it a few months ago, unsure what's changed :/ there's been a few times i've just had to bin it as it's inedible due to it still being raw editing as I have since returned: nothing has changed, and in fact has gotten worse

   Just had the best simply cheese on cheesy crust I've ever had. Highly recommend dominoes Newton, they always make the best pizzas and good friendly staff. Thanks guys good stuff!

   Have never been so disappointed until today. The most terrible customer service ever. Has been our local for over 20 years. Do not waste your money here. No toppings. No flavour. Overcooked disaster. Rude staff who have no customer service skills. Bring back the lovely staff who actually speak proper English and know how to treat valuable customers. Good bye Nawton Domino’s, I’ll make my own from now on.

   Extremely rude manager. Dominos app messed up my order and he absolutely refused to help. I called straight away they took like 5 minutes to find my order then by the time I talked to the manager he said “it’s already in the oven so I can’t do anything” even though they were the ones who couldn’t find the order! Wouldn’t change it and wouldn’t cancel it. So ridiculous.

   After an absence of being a customer at this franchise because of earlier poor product quality for some time, we thought to give it another go. Major mistake!!! 1st, the latest Dominoes website is a mishmash and very difficult to get what you want. But the pizzas! Order 60, 1/11/2022 I am not sure if one has to go to a special course to make such a bad offering but I suspect so. Bread uncooked and doughy. Cheese and Garlic - NO GARLIC Requested source ignored! Toppings almost non existent and loose. Cheese dry and crusty. It seems that cheese can be incinerated, but the bread left limp and flacid. Must be a special process. The last review of one year ago by Karen says it all. No improvement and certainly a place to avoid. Its almost an insult to the rubbish bin to threw it in as we have done. Not what we ordered, not what we expected and not going to be repeated. One star is way to high.

   We have enjoyed Domino's many times, unfortunately this time they did not come through and we were rather disappointed in the quality. One pizza had barely anything on half of it (the kids refused to eat it) and the overall quality on the others (about 5) was just not there. This was the second time in a row of this experience. It will be some time before we want to buy again and will likely stick to home made.
