   The food is good but the customer service is poor and the staff’s' behaviour is quite rude. As a regular customer sorry to say but staff never even say thanks or sorry if i pop up with any complaints . Always missing of topping & sauces . Management should take notice regarding customer service and communication skills , at least no body will disappoint with meal especially with weekend dinners.

   A few weeks ago myself and my partner got the $20.99 deal which is 2 pizzas and 2 sides we ordered this in store. Today my partner went in and ordered it as usual come to find out it’s now $35 because he “didn’t order it online”. How is a $15 dollar mark up fair just because he didn’t order it on his phone?. So you’re saying he can order it on his phone in store and it will be still be $20.99 make that make sense.

   Bought a Creamy Chicken and Mushroom pizza but it arrived with no spring onions. When I got in touch they told me that none of their products contained spring onions which is clearly untrue. Seems wrong to sell products that you can't properly make. It might be a small ingredient but it's still listed, so you should be providing it. The pizza tasted bland without it. They offered me a $20 voucher but I'm reluctant to order again if they can't guarantee to provide what they're advertising on the app. Btw they have a sign in store that offers a free drink for a 5 star review, so take the positive reviews with a big grain of salt! Order with caution.

   Had a quick stop to get 2 pizzas and it was good. They cooked it really fast too. Got enough parking for cars in front of the shop.

   Discusting pizza delivery service i was sent an alert that pizza was ready in store. 24 mins later it arrived at my door cold as well as the side . I contacted store and was told. I don't believe you and refused to try remedy the fault. Taking issue further when store manager was abrupt and rude spoken. Ended call saying i would contact head office AVOID THIS STORE !!!
