TERRIBLE. Pre ordered dinner for 6:30 at 4. it was still almost two hours late. When it arrived it was cold and stiff, with about two slices of pepperoni on the entire pizza. If that wasn’t bad enough, we got a donut described as being glazed with sprinkles and got … a greasy, hard, plain tire. I had low expectations and was still disappointed..
I placed the order spicy peppy paneer and I atethe pizza , it was so yummy … Laddi made it … awesome …. Service was very good …. Positive attitude …. Professional with kind nature Today I visited to here the customer are was very clean and the food was also good
Paid $14 for this pizza, you would imagine to have proportionate levels of topping spread out. Such a minimal effort and absurd for the price demanded for it. Absolutely disappointing to being this home.
Absolutely disappointed with my experience at Domino’s Rototuna. I ordered a gluten-free chicken pizzas, but when I got home and opened the box, I was shocked to find chicken nuggets thrown on top instead of proper chicken. I called the store around 7:45 PM, and the staff casually told me its gluten free base. When asked that these chicken nuggets are not gluten free, staff said they had run out of chicken, so they used nuggets instead — without informing me at all. Seriously? That’s not just poor service, it’s completely unacceptable. It shows a total lack of basic customer service and common sense, especially when someone is ordering gluten-free, which often relates to health needs. The staff member then said I could come back and talk to the manager. I told her I have two young kids and can’t just drop everything and come back again. I was left to sort dinner all over again due to their mistake — and ended up cooking at home, which defeats the whole point of ordering out. This experience left me frustrated, angry, and let down. I expected better from Domino’s — especially when dietary requirements are involved.
Absolutely disappointed in the service and quality. I provided dominos with the option of returning my money however all the did was sent me a voucher for the same food I had been unhappy with and advised I had 28 days to claim it. We ordered a simple cheese pizza for my young children and thought, lets get them the new donut as a surprise. I collected the food, got home (5 min drive) and the pizza was cold and the Donut was terrible. Not only was it overcooked, the sprinkles wouldn't even stick to it and they were all at the bottom of the box. My children were very sad and we would not recommend this store. I contacted and the store themselves still haven't been in touch. The donut does not look like the picture “AT ALL” Update to response: Dominos offered me another donut and small pizza in form of a voucher that I must use within 28 days, which I dont want, I want my money back
I have ordered vegetarian pizza. Last three time I found meat traces in their vegetarian pizza. I have officially complaint and still each time we get veg pizza we found bacon in side. Each time I made complaint and went back to show them what I found, it is bacon but they never learnt maintained hygienic between pizzas. Very unhappy with them. It was not like that in the past. They should trained their staff or delete veg pizza from their menu.
Came in for a feed over the weekend and was served by a really polite guy with rings on, brilliant customer service, you need more people like that, pizzas were great too.
The customer service was done by extremely young people who repeat themselves over 5 times when the order is clearly spoken. I also got pretty severe food poisoning from their seasoned chicken wings was not a good experience at all.
A few of the young employees in the workplace are very loud and 4 of us customers overheard and seen a young blonde female belittle a newer male employee who asked for help. Definitely needs a mature supervisor watching over them. My pizza bases come out incorrect and they missed sauces on x2 of my pizzas but by the time I checked I was already at home 30 minutes from the franchise. Will not come back here again.
