This is my favourite sushi place. We always come here. The salmon sushi and cooked salmon is the best. I ordered a cooked salmon sushi. The guy pulled out a blow torch and cooked the raw salmon sushi right in front of me. How BRILLIANT is that? It was absolutely delicious. Thankyou.
Like every shop I always purchase multiple if not handful of times before I give the Real Reviews. With this shop, I've been going over 6 months and now I have had enough. Once I tried other St Pierre,s I realized I have been scammed too many times. Firstly, I always get the shrimp mixture sushi, the shrimp Portions are way smaller compared to other shops. Most times you cannot find the sushi style you want as they have not topped up, even at 12noon on a slow week day. Lastly, why I seriously stopped going there is because of the customer service. The men that serve you don't smile, like robots, not a thank you sometimes, and lastly the coupon stamp card that they provide. They never stamp the correct amount when I purchase, I've read the conditions numerous times and yet the staff cannot sort this out, I get , example 3 sushi packs over the $8 range and they stamp me 2 stamps? . Lastly , I actually drive close to 20min each way from home and back , so 40min drive just to get sushi from them, what a waste of my fuel and time. So disappointed. Oh, one of the staff also told me that I could only use the coupon stamp card at that specific store only? so that's one reason I went back so often, which is a lie.
St Pierre's is synonymous with "rip off". Tiny sushi that's not well made and get charged 1/3 more than you would anywhere else. The only thing keeping this useless chain open is they've weaseled their way into the popular spots for dining, so they're bound to get foot traffic no matter how lousy their food is. If you want decent sushi, seek out Sushi B, its still a rip off but at least you get decent sized sushi.
Went here to get some lunch. I orded a Large Katsu Chicken on rice which was very good. The portion of chicken on top of the rice was very impressive considering that i only paid $12.70. Overall I'd recommending coming here if you're at Queensgate and wanting to get something good and cheap to eat.
Was so pleased with my delicious avocado and cucumber sushi that the helpful staff member had extra sauces added to it. This delicious lunch was also cost effective. Only $10.50 for all the delicious food photographed below.
We lunched at St Pierre for a quick shopping lunch of brown rice tuna avocado sushi and Katsu chicken on rice and Te food was delicious not to mention, we received fantastic customer service AND managed to get a table!
