   We got a cranberry and chicken deluxe pizza $17.00 with minimal chicken then the server proceeded to not speak English. I believe it has new owners who are rude , they don’t make pizzas correctly . There was swearing and yelling while I was in the store It was appalling. Think twice before you go

   Hi we ordered the extra large pizzas, stuffed crust...not the value range. We do therefore expect better, else whats the point? The pizza is delicious but so sparse. One piece of chicken per slice. I find that quite disgusting value for money. I think you can do better than that. Would love to hear an explanation as to how this is the ration?

   I'm very disappointed with the delivery order I received yesterday. I received no update txt or confirmation that it had been delivered. An hour after the time it should have arrived, I got a knock on my front door from my neighbour 4 doors down, who had received the pizza on their front step (this despite my clear instructions on which door was mine). The pizza was cold, and I was very disappointed. I've always been a regular customer of this pizza hut, but after the shocking delivery service yesterday, I won't be buying again

   Burnt pizza from here today, normally they are ok but today they let us down. Also their photos online (attached) show the pizza fully covered in pepperoni but this was lacking on the pepperoni for a pizza call loaded and double toppings?

   This Pizza Hut has the absolute best customer service, credits to the lovely man who is often on the front counter. He has served me multiple times over the last year and he is the most friendly, helpful and kind person. One time I went in and wanted to pay for majority on cash and the rest on my card which was only $1 approx but this generous man pulled out his wallet from his pocket and swiped his own card and said don’t worry about it. This was the kindest small gesture, I was so blown away. I called tonight and wanted to make a small change to my delivery order that I wasn’t able to do online and he made sure it was done for me, no stress, no difficulty. He is a real asset to your company and I wanted to take the time to leave a review and share how wonderful this man is. Pizza is always top notch even when being delivered. Highly recommend Pizza Hut Botany.

   Bro gave me, 2 large pizzas, a garlic bread and a box of chips for $10 only because it was extra and had been sitting on the heating rack for a while, smashed it back and the food was good. Thanks g definitely coming back.

   Rude front cashier lady who do not give correct change, she knead receipt into a ball when you ask for it. when you submit a complaint on pizzahut nz web no one response. Many other pizzahut in NZ are popular and employee many staff but this store just 1 or 2 staff not many customer in store but lots of negative feedback on google. good luck eating pizza from this store and find out more negative reasons

   The pizzas and sides taste good and I usually have a good experience here and at other pizza huts, but this time I just can’t get over how much crust there is. The sauce, cheese and toppings should be closer to the edge.

   Lady at the counter on Saturday 27th at night time was very good. She was so busy answering the phone, dealing with incoming customers as well as packing all the orders. I think another person would help on such busy nights but wanted to say she did a good job and I found her pleasant.

   The front lady who took our order was very rude to the previous customer (elderly Chinese couple) and she did it to us too (West Papuan). When we saw another customer (white couple) enter the shop, her treatment was super nice to them. I couldn’t understand her treatment to each customer was different. So disappointed. Sorry, I will never come back again.
