   The girl over the counter was friendly. I just got off work n I needed to sit down n eat but it was raining and cold. Their tables were outside. She came out and told me to come inside and She offered to bring the table inside. Thank you for looking after customers.

   Came in at 6:30pm and asked if they could make me and my friend 2 dragon roll of Teriyaki chicken and the worker said they couldn’t make it as they have already cleaned the kitchen :( I have no idea why they cleaned the kitchen when they specifically close at 8pm. Mate you guys don’t close till another hr and a half. No good at all! Please do better.

   Unbelievable! Ordered $13.59 katsu Chicken on rice with missing chicken. I wonder have they took some for themselves. Botany or Ormiston way better than them. Never ever come again.

   I ordered buy 1 and get 1 complimentary 4pcs of snack sushi pack using my Entertainment offer. I complained because they only gave me one 4pcs pack. And told me that i can not get the complimentary pack because they charged me $5 for 4pcs snack that is normally $10. I thought one snack pack was $5 how come their pricing is different from other branches. They are bad at communication. Took my offer and charged me as normal. Should have gone to another branch..

   Worse experience. Staff are lazy & making excuses. I asked for sushi of the day they said they're not making it as they're short staffed however they're happy to make the more expensive ones. I questioned why they had a sign out the front advertising sushi of the day for $6.40? They should take it down. Not returning and would never recommend this store.
