Ordered 2 pizzas and ate half of my pizza to realise the pizzas had mould all over both of the bases, I rung up and they wouldn’t even refund me for the mouldy pizzas
We ordered the pizzas with chicken s our protein options, instead got orange colour tofu like bits on them. Calle the store and talked to AJ who straight up lied that it is free range chicken. Reason given was, “ we know what we put in our pizza, we make 250+ pizza a day”. Out of 8 pizzas only 2 were correct, tells a different story. Would not recommend this place.
Bought 5 chicken wings for like $9. One of them was the smallest wing I've seen in my life it's the size of a pinky toe, like it came from a baby chicken or something. I'm more impressed than annoyed, but still, who would serve that with a straight face
There quality of the pizza was not too great. The mega meat lover was not that great, and I would not recommend it. However, the chicken and mushroom with peri peri sauce was a good combo. Garlic bread was really tasty. Overall, I give this a 3 star.
‼️ THE NO DELIVERY FEE SERVICE IS A SCAM‼️ My son ordered pizza from here on two separate occasions. The first as pickup and second delivery! He got the same pizza combo on both accounts, however the delivery side cost us an additional $17 on top of the order.. so dominoes have hidden the delivery fee within the pizza amount. ALSO THE OWNER OR MANAGER WHO IS ANSWERING THESE COMPLAINTS BELOW, IS A COMPUTER, THERE IS NO COMPASSION NOR REMORSE FOR THEIR STUFF UPS THAT THEY WILL JUST COPY AND PASTE THE SAME RESPONSE FOR EVERY DIFFERENT COMPLAINT BELOW. YUCK.
Awesome food got served by someone called Martin, who was really understanding of my requirements and my specifics in my order. There was an issue to do with my order taking a while, which he resolved with ease. Great managers as well.
Manager does not have any experience with online orders , and unable to help us to place the order. I believe, he required more training , so the store won’t loose any customers at all. Thanks
Manager does not care about consumer law, literally told me several times after I stated that no stores policy can overrule consumer law “our policy doesn’t allow this”. The issue was I made an order for a stuffed crust pizza but they didn’t have any stuffed crust left. Instead of contacting me when they got the order to tell me they instead added an extra garlic bread to my order. When it was delivered I told the delivery person they accidentally gave me an extra garlic bread and they said I can just have it for free, no mention about the replacement for the stuffed crust. I then found the missing i crust and called the store. They said that’s why I got the garlic bread, I told them I’d rather have a refund but they said I already got the garlic bread so the refund wasn’t an option. I told them I even asked their staff when they dropped it off and they lied so they forwarded to their manager who offered a store credit. I didn’t want a store credit and under consumer law a full refund should be offered. They told me their store policy only allows store credit refunds and I wasn’t even getting a full refund. I went back and forth with TWO of their managers and they both kept telling me they will not give me a full refund and will only let me have a partial store credit refund, not even enough to order the same pizza I missed out on. Both of them knew it was against consumer law but neither of them cared. So overall knew they couldn’t give me what I ordered when they got my order, they then gave me something else on purpose and lied to me when I asked about the extra garlic bread, they then had both managers admit to me they are going to break the law and ignore consumer law and refused to escalate this to anyone else or offer me any other alternative. Thieves for the sake of their quota. Terrible management, terrible service and trying to force me to spend even more money just to use my refund which I am legally entitled to. This store is a scam I don’t know how many times I have had missing extras and they’ve refused to do anything about it. No wonder they’re managers are stuck working at a place like this
Its a great place to have pizza for decent price. They have a 8$ XL pizza which is awesome. Most of the college guys come here for food because its cheap and delicious. No where else you can have food for a family of 4 in under 30$ in Newzealand.
