   I received a free pizza promo code from Domino’s. The terms don’t limit delivery or collection, and the voucher is online-only. I tried ordering a $22.99 pizza for delivery from the Whangaparāoa branch. After applying the code, the app blocked my order, claiming it fell below the delivery minimum. I also cannot reuse the code for collection, making the promotion completely unusable. I called the branch. A young woman tried to help, but Eddie took over. He was rude, condescending, dismissive, gaslit me, and hung up. I have the call recorded for anyone who wants to hear how customers are treated. This is unacceptable. Domino’s must resolve this immediately, professionally, and without excuses.

   DONT BUY SO RUDE !! I ordered food online 2 pizzas,garlic bread, a drink a lava cake and a mousse. I waited 56 mins for my order for them to not bring the mousse and the food to be cold so they said they’d make a whole new order were there words then the driver calls me says they have told him to either take the pizzas back or only make one pizza instead but my hungry kids had half eaten the pizza so we couldn’t take it back because they hadn’t told us. I called and complained and they said they can’t do anything it’s the managers rule I asked to talk to the manager he kept saying he was too busy and kept hanging up on me I tried 3 times they kept hanging up on me.

   SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN WATCH OUT STAFF DRIVES INTO CUSTOMERS CAR DO NOT GO HERE. 3RD TIME LUCKY OF COURSE NOT. I GIVE PLACES 3 TIMES AS A CHANCE BIT THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING STAFF AND MANAGER LIED STRAIGHT TO MY FACE AFTER IBWATCHED THEM CUT THE PIZZA WITH TOMATO ON THE BLADE EVEN THOUGH I ASKED FOR NO TOMATO IN PERSON TO THEIR FACES. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND 4 PIZZAS IN THE BIN. Went back here recently to check if they have upgraded services. No still disgusting. They offered me a refund that I never got. Donut is a waste of time, it's disgusting looks like they sat on it. See photos. Rude staff. And pizzas that were incorrect were cold. Incorrect order, missing ingredients like mayo you have to pay extra for and its not there, AGAIN. food that doesn't reach right around the pizza, and half a pizza with nothing on it. I should have gotten that photo somewhere. This place should have gotten shut down along time ago

   Just got pizza . We live 3 minutes away. Went to shop . Not busy. Only one order on the screen . Waited 10 minutes great timing. Get home pizza cold as ice . Chips soggy under cooked and unedable . Only saving thing garlic bread hot and tasty. Been awhile since ive been .won't be back again .

   We won't be getting Domino's again especially from here. The garlic bread was squashed flat. The pizza smells funky and we are going to throw in rubbish as it's not edible.A frozen pizza tastes nicer. We have no idea why this happened and why the quality was so bad.

   Partner ordered 2 pizza’s, 2 Garlic bread for delivery from here tonight. After two hours we still hasn’t had our order delivered. Rang the store to be told it was sitting there waiting for pick up. Twice we told the girl on the phone it was for delivery. You’d think the store may have called given it’d been two hours and that they had our phone number. We were told they’d throw in some sides for us as there was a mixup with the order. Had to wait another hour for our order to arrive. Freebie was one choc mousse. For two people! We spent over $50 and their freebie was one mousse with a value of $6.. gee thanks.. I guess giving us two may have broken the bank for you guys..Appalling service. Over three hour wait for our order and minimal effort on their part to make it right for their mistakes. Not good enough.

   Last two times I've ordered, we got vegan/dairy-free cheese and they have given us mozzarella and repeatedly (4 or 5 times!) gone to great lengths to gaslight us into thinking it was their vegan cheese. Fake cheese doesn't *melt* in the oven! My tummy doesn't lie and it made me very sick! Don't even bother with them.

   Ordered online they made a pizza incorrectly and they picked it up before handing over which was good. They only re made one pizza the other was not remade and ended up soggy and the remade xl pizza had less topping than the other large pizza. When we called the shop the person wasn't sure what to do so I said look I want to speak to the manager. Ruby was put on the phone who advised they already remade it once and there was nothing more they were going to do when I said no I want a refund she said well we are not going to do that and hung up. I called back the other person answered then when I asked to if ruby was the manager he said he didn't know and hung up again. I said well I want to talk to ruby again this time she was just as rude without handing up not solution offered = there 100% satisfaction guarantee is a joke.at no point did I yell or swear at them but Ruby provided worst customer service experience and even worse food quality. Would not recommend and the 50% more pizza on the xl pizza add only stands for 50% more crust...... Rip off

   Spent $89 on pizza for my daughters birthday and 5/6 pizzas were burnt. Previous to this I have ordered here and those ones were undercooked. I don’t understand how they get it so wrong?? Got response back from the owner they would give me 2 pizzas and 2 sides to reimburse me for the experience which is fine (sort of… not really representative of the value I spent which went in the bin) but honestly I just won’t spend my money here again.

   Tried an Italian pizza ($5) one. It wasn't that great. But what was good was they gave me thin crust in 5 dollars. In all the Auckland Domino's they'll charge $2 dollars extra but here they didn't. The pizza wasn't that great though. May be I should have taken my usual pizza.
