The staff were extremely helpful and the nurse was gentle and friendly in how she performed her duties. I was then attended by Dr Grabiel NG who was so much more professional and amazingly friendly. I found the staff to be very dedicated in providing top notch medical care. I received my full medical results within 1 day- extremely efficient and would show my appreciation in thanks to Victoria Park Medical Suites for their great Service After Intensive research, I found them the most affordable in Auckland and feared the worst. She was patient with the children around while still maintaining her job. We watched the baby run around and speak with the lady in their language. It was beautiful to witness such a caring person at the front desk. I loved seeing my doctor. He was precise and professional. The Fono is truly a caring culture. “I had cancer and was diagnosed by Shona, and went through the process and eventual cure with her help. I have since been told by a very officious receptionist that " she doesn't have regular patients" I never minded getting passed around from doctor to doctor before. Since that experience, and considering I asked for and was told I had an appointment with Shona , I was very disturbed that I was told on arriving that I was seeing someone else , especially galling when two other people came in and we're told " Shona will be with you shortly". I don't appreciate this sort of BS and will look for another doctor .”

“This will be my 1st google review & possibly my last (famous last words). EMC have had off days, (more so in earlier earlier times) but, days that matter far outweigh these. I think people are quick to be sensitive & forget to consider context & give grace. I can say that because I've been enrolled with EMC for a number of years. The medical advice I've recieved from Dr Steinberg and Dr Raj has steered me in good direction over the years. Bernadine is always busy, but genuine & proactive in her role. I have always appreciated that she acknowledges me by name, asks about my children by name and remembers things about them. I've been in the waiting room and seen her like that with many others. There was a time when the person on the front desk would ask offensive questions and never remember my name. Bernadine was professionally subtle in letting me know that I was 'seen' and known without embarassing her colleague. Dr Andrea Steinberg and Dr Jyoti Raj are my Drs but I've seen nearly everyone on staff at one time or another. My kids usually see the Henleys or Dr Paul Norton and they're so good with the kids. Melinda, Kerry & Felicity are amazing. They seem to love what they do and are personable as well as knowledgable. I appreciate that I am heard, that my concerns are validated (esp re the kids. When we discovered 2 of my kids had an allergy, I was given independant medical advice that would have been devastating had EMC not been involved. Andrea acted quickly, commanded what she needed and I witnessed the centre go from a homely GP Practise to an ER Dept on speed! All hands on deck!) I think it's hilarious that I can leave EMC, feeling like I just gained the smarts to specialise in an area of medicine. Love that.”

Whenever our family visits it's like seeing an old friend, his smiling face always makes you feel not quite as stressed as you were previous to your appointment! And he is always incredibly thorough with his care. My husband is a 'lad' and even he will now happily go visit Phil if he needs to because we finally have a doctor we really like and trust!
