   My experience here for many years, you can wait for the Doctor in waiting room for 30mins but if you're 5mins late they will not accommodate you even if you ring to inform them you are running late. Lady receptionist with headband is rude on the phone and also in person.

   Awesome travel clinic to get vaccinated! I requested a consultation a week ago, had a phone consultation today and even got all the needed vaccinations today! Dr Draper was very well informed about every aspect of my upcoming journey and was even able to give me more information than I found online after doing my research. I got all information about follow up vaccinations and the given information about hygiene, insect bites, etc.per mail afterwards as a summary. Absolutely recommended and an awesome experience, especially when you compare it with other very pricey options where you have to wait for weeks to get your vaccinations sorted. Many thanks to the whole team, I felt very welcome, even as a overseas patient!

   I’ve been seeing Dr Draper for 15 + yrs and she is the best. She listens well and very attentive, also non judgemental at all. I don’t go see her often, so when I see her, I ask a bunch of questions and she wouldn’t rush me into it and answers on each of my concerns. I appreciate how much she cares her patients!

   I've met many doctors over the years, but not a single one has made me feel as relaxed and in safe, caring and experienced hands like Phil Hamilton. Whenever our family visits it's like seeing an old friend, his smiling face always makes you feel not quite as stressed as you were previous to your appointment! And he is always incredibly thorough with his care. My husband is a 'lad' and even he will now happily go visit Phil if he needs to because we finally have a doctor we really like and trust! I highly recommend Merivale Medical! The other doctors, nurse and administration staff are all so lovely too! We are very grateful to have such top class medical care from this practice!

   Tried to call and got hung up on 8 times. 9th time someone actually answered and when I explained that I wanted to come in for travel vaccinations, I was abruptly advised to fill out forms online. I completed the forms. However after 3 weeks of not hearing from them, I sent an email advising them to cancel my request. Contacted another clinic and had shots done by end of the day.

   Really lovely team, always professional and friendly and while my doctor is the best ever, any doctor I've seen in her absence has also been awesome. The nurse team are patient and kind and are always empathetic if I'm ever nervous about procedures. Wouldn't go anywhere else :)

   I never thought I'd write these words... my vasectomy with Dr Phil Hamilton was a great experience. I'd never met him before, but was referred by my GP. From start to finish, Dr Phil made me feel comfortable and we actually joke around a bit. Professional doctor and all round top bloke. Now in recovery without any problems.
