   I have been a patient at the medical centre next door for just under a year, so I naturally get my prescription at the pharmacy as it's a couple of steps to the right as yr exiting yr appointment. I love that convenience that's 10/10. Parking availability is not so great. For the amount of different business in that row, the parking is not reflective of what is needed. The times I have been into pharmacy I have not really had much of a customer service to give more than 1 star. The only conversation I hear is that of the staff laughing and chatting about silly nonsense. Nothing relative to tending to sick people quickly & efficiantly., tbh it wouldn't be very tasteful or received well by most to be laughing amongst themselves talking Abt medication on really any if any level. It's not a bar or coffee/ chat lounge. Customers that walk in their door are either in pain, irritable, tired and overall struggling to be doing the wait game again. In some instances the script is sent thru to them from the doctor before u leave their exam room. So you wouldn't expect to still wait a further 15 mins when you have been the only person waiting. With 4 staff behind the counter u wander why it's not ready sooner . When I wandered around the outer shelves looking at the products (to pass time away)on the shelves, their was not one of that 4 staff members front of shop that tended to me. I felt almost invisible really. My only interaction was the explanation of the dosage & total dosage per day , combinations etc. which is expected. But greeting a customer and showing a more Focused attentiveness is not to be chatting amongst themselves but about the sick on the other side. Comfortable seating would be fantastic also. Watching a staff member grab a product to purchase for ones self is not very professional. The thing I despise in any establishment is going to a shop that is closing up while there is still customer/s and a potential for a sale of shelf products, it's still business hours for crying out loud. The close up shop/power down for staff is after the shop closes it's doors to public. It's not very professional in my opinion but I'm hoping this will improve over time and I hope to come back and add on to that lonely one star.

   This pharmacy is the BEST. Had the best customer experience from Erica today. Very patient, knowledgeable, kind, and delivered outstanding service.

   They consistently get my name wrong, and talking to the reception and doctor's multiple times hasn't changed this, I only go there because of the very convenient location for me, would not recommend

   I've been going to the pharmacy at Henderson Medical Center for nearly 6 months. They're always friendly, helpful and their service is with a smile. The owner 'Rob' is great Connie, Joseph and Thomas are always interested in how I am etc. The bad rating that I saw must have been a while ago because I see these people a few times a week and not once come across rudeness. I can't imagine it. Maybe the man was only filing in, or doesn't work there anymore. Great going team!

   My family and I have been clients of the Henderson Medical centre and as a consequence the associated pharmacy since they opened. We have always had exceptional service from the team at the pharmacy. They are pleasant and knowledgeable and always prepared to go that little bit extra to ensure that our needs are well met.
