Excellent service. Dr Khan,Dr Fox and Dr Bolter are always great and I always leave feeling well looked after and cared for. Can always get an appointment too with this clinic. Reception staff are very helpful and fitting me in anytime I’ve called. Would recommend 100%

Amazing reception, amazing nurses and my Doctor (who I won't name cause she's already in high demand) has consistently gone above and beyond in the small windows of time we have had together over the years. Finding a good GP is literally life-saving, when you manage physical and mental disability as I do. I have lived in all our countries main centres and you always have to wait to be seen. I'd rather wait a while, instead of being churned out methodically - having 2/5 conditions addressed. The delay reminds that they care deeply for other patients also, and I'm OK with that. As an architect I really wish to re - design the interior of this facility. But Dunedin North Medical Center is nearly to my expectations. The reception staff were warm, professional, and went above and beyond. The doctors were caring, displaying expertise and a genuine commitment to patient care. They listened attentively and provided a thorough examination and accurate diagnosis. The facility was not really super clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern technology. But ample. The waiting area was cozy and had a being lost ambiance. The medical center offers a comprehensive range of services. I dont mind to recommend Dunedin North Medical Center for medical care and a compassionate environment. The staff's dedication and the quality of service make it a true gem in the community.

Such a breath of fresh air after having a personality clash with my previous GP. Really friendly staff and I love how they go the extra mile to provide the type of service that is right for me.

I don’t normally review but this place was great! I went in for the travel vaccine clinic, was told by a friendly receptionist on the phone that I must have the $120 consultation to get the vaccines which I found frustrating, as I’d already gotten medical advice about which ones to get - however, the consultation was so worth it! I expected a 15 min consultation and a doctors signature but Craig went out of his way to explain all the risks and things to be aware of when travelling Asia, took 1 hour 10 mins of answering all my questions! He was a very honest, charismatic man who really put me at ease. He is clearly very knowledgeable and loves his specialisation, with anecdotal evidence to back up everything he was saying. I really appreciate that he didn’t push me into getting any that I couldn’t afford, but rather assessed the risk benefit of all of them. That was SO helpful! Then a really lovely curly haired nurse (forgotten her name, unfortunately) talked through all the aspects of the vaccines with me and was so kind in her approach. Gave me a little vaccine passport and doctor prescribed me plenty of anti nausea’s etc for travel. They all basically just totally put me at ease and answered every question I had! I had a whopping bill at the end but I know that is not their fault as the vaccines aren’t subsidised and for the long consultation with an incredibly intelligent doctor, it was worth it! If I wasn’t a student, I’d switch to this gp practice! Really lovely people who go out of their way to help you out.

Got charged $44.5 for a doctors appointment that they did wrong for student allowance (so I had no job or income as thats what they were helping me get as I was studying) had to go back so they could fix it and they charged me another $44.5. Both were around 5 minute phone call conversations. They also told me my IUD was expired, when it wasn't so I was freaking out for almost a year trying to get it removed and over eight months failed to book me a successful appointment, didn't tell me it would cost a lot of money and I should go somewhere else, sent me to call the hospital for it (hospital told me they also can't do it) so I had to go back to them again. Ended up going elsewhere and they lady told me that actually my rod had just expired around a week ago and not a year ago like I had thought. Definitely was a stressful start to the year trying to start studying.
