Health Care assistant Lauren is fantastic, she has a kind calm nature and puts you at ease. I had a number of test to do for my work medical. Lauren explained everything I need to do in a way that I could understand and demonstrated how to do tasks as required. Dr Rose Kilburn was also great, she answered my questions and explained things in plain English ie not medical terms that nobody understands. Reception staff are pleasant to deal with and engage with you not as a number but as a person.

Absolutely poor Service here. Unenrolled me without contacting me, even though I have paid an enrollment fee. When I tried to get an appointment to get Inhalers I firstly get told it was booked in and then when I didn't get the call and followed up with them, that is when I was told that I had been unenrolled. Following this there was very little care that I needed to get some inhalers sorted asap as my others have run out. Absolutely disgraceful considering it could potentially turn into a life threatening situation if I don't have them. DO NOT ENROL HERE!!!

Unbelievable how difficult it can be to make a GP appointment here. They advertise casual patients in their website, but when you call to make an appointment, they say they donβt take casual patients. Iβm a NZer, visiting Mount Maunganui and needed to see a doctor for anti-biotics. Itβs incredible what a βdonβt care attitudeβ these NZ doctors receptionists have these days. So disappointing and a waste of time for everybody having false information on their website.

Have been enrolled at Dee St since I was a child - they've been my family practice. Not anymore. They way they treat patients, particularly unvaxxed, is entirely unacceptable. Instead of having separate treatment pathways for symptomatic vs asymptomatic patients (which is the only thing that makes sense from a transmission point of view), they have instead chosen to segregate the unvaxxed. Despite my young daughter needing an examination of her private parts, they insisted that she needed to be seen in the car first (we were both completely asymptomatic). I will be making a formal complaint to the HCD. A Dr there also put out disinformation and the clinic supported it. I have heard nothing but bad feedback from other patients there and I know multiple complaints have been made against them recently.

I travel from the other side of Tauranga to come here, Matilda is absolutely fantastic and makes me feel heard & comfortable. The receptionists are always so lovely and do their very best to meet your needs. Everyone was amazing over the alert levels and they had excellent procedures in place. Highly recommend.
