I have been using Kaiapoi Medical Center for about 5 years now and my wife her whole life. Belinda and team go above and beyond for our family. We could not recommend highly enough!
Been coming here for years, came in this week and ended up needing to stay for a few hours, the staff are always lovely and the nurse Flo who looked after me went above and beyond! Couldn't be more thankful for all the wonderful staff here!!

Was my first time at the medical center so i was told to get there a bit earlier to fill out paper work, after waiting 45 minutes I was finally called up to see the doctor, I was fine waiting this long as their were other people being seen but I did not even receive a "sorry for your wait" i get in their he asked me a few questions then sends me on my way, it seemed he couldnt get me out of there any quicker probably becasue they were so far behind. He sends me out with a prescription for some antibiotics. After receiving my prescription I started taking them immediately after taking a couple I started felling a bit funny so i checked the pills and realised that he had perscribed me an antibiotic that I am allergic to. I find this very unprofessional as he did not even ask me if i was allergic to anything not to mention they have not even got back to me about the whole thing. Will not be going back and neither will my family.
I was with Kaiapoi medicall centre since I was born and they were absolutely amazing and genuinely cared about my health. My doctor was Belinda Turnbull and till this day I am grateful for her looking after me and always checking me when I came in to see if my health was OK. She is amazing. I have lived in Auckland for four years now and have not been able to find ANY doctors as good as Kaiapoi medical centre in fact I am still looking for a doctor that cares. Up here the doctors don't bother checling anything on you or care about you so I am sad that I am not with Kaiapoi Medical Centre as they are the BEST doctors who really truly care about your health and well being. I miss you all! Wish you were up here as well because I would join straight away :)
Welcoming, polite, helpful. The doctors are competent. Like many other clinics you may need to wait a bit.
