I received great care from Tui Medical Centre and from the moment I walked into the waiting room I was impressed with how well organised everything was. The medical help I received was first-rate and I feel that my on-going health care is in very capable hands.
I have had less than 5 appointments at Tui Medical and my initial response in particular my dealings with Dr Seema Menon and the nurse's from the waiting room to being seen would best be described an area where the atmosphere was very vibrant and professional. I was interviewed and examined with kindness , patience and thoughtfulness and they were very thorough in their assessment.. I felt listened to and they took on board all my concerns with enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility which was refreshing and encouraging from my perspective as a patient. Dr Seema was very understanding , and knowledgeable and her level of care was outstanding... and she instilled within me the necessary confidence I needed in my Medical Practitioner. I'm very happy with the service I've received and happy to have made this transition from the previous doctor to receive this treatment from Tui Medical , and in particular the feeling of being in a safe place in respect to my health concerns. I found the amenities at the clinic very handy with blood tests available nextdoor and a pharmacy adjacent to the clinic and although I live quite a distance from the clinic I am very happy with the result. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Seema for her exceptional care in treating my babyβs eczema. Her thorough approach, knowledge, and attention to detail made a significant difference in our experience. As a parent, it was reassuring to see how gentle and compassionate she was, answering all our questions with patience and ensuring that we understood every step of the treatment process. Thanks to her care, my babyβs eczema has improved so much, and we are incredibly grateful.

As I enter Rototuna and Davis corner, at the forefront are the Ladies at the front desk. With their warm demeanor and approachable nature, they sets the tone for the entire medical center. I praise them for their patience, as they gracefully handles inquiries and appointments, creating an efficient yet pleasant atmosphere. Beyond the entrance, I will find a team of nurses who exemplify the true essence of empathy. These skilled professionals not only provide top-notch medical care but also take the time to sit with me, lend a listening ear, and ensure that emotional needs are met alongside physical ones. The heartbeat of any medical center are the doctors, and they truly stand out. Greeting their patients with a warm smile, they create an environment of trust and approachability. I always feel more at ease to discuss my concerns, and they come up with more accurate diagnoses and tailored treatment plans.
It was really a fantastic experience with TUI medical team. The staff and doctors are very supportive, listening my doubts and giving the solutions which gives positive energy.
Good friendly service. Doctor very helpful and had good follow up even with phone calls to check up on me. Also suggested ways to help giving up smoking
Wouldn't never got back went for visit for son doctor was rude wasn't clear about steps I needed to take about my sons care so was asking advice iv lived in nz since birth and he said I cannot understand ur accent then told me to leave when I went to leave he then held me and my son and violently ripped my phone and wallet out of my hand causing cuts to 1 of my knuckles in reception as we were exiting and locked us in his collogues told him he was in the wrong at this stage and let us go I got 3 phone calls after this them making another appointment I declined and took steps to report to tui medical and the police now my son traumatised just for Tring to seek medical attention for adhd and the doctor had no idea how to refer him to the services need very unhappy tui medical will never bring my family back here not the first instance like this either
