The centre is being renovated but this had no effect on the friendly and efficient service we received from admin, nurses and the doctor.
Our local pharmacy, love it. Great service, staff their stuff and we love coming here.
Joanne was incredible. On Saturday, I've visited multiple Life Pharmacy stores to ask if a pharmacist onsite could prescribe antibiotics as I wasn’t able to see a GP till Tuesday. They all turned away and said they cannot prescribe anything in the weekend (?!??) I called this pharmacy up and Joanne assisted me straight away. She processed the prescription and had it ready for me to pick up 15 mins after our phone call. Thank you so much!
The hours on their website are wrong. They say the pharmacy opens at 8 but 9 am it's still closed. There is no answer when you call. The doctors from the emergency send your prescriptions here and them not being open when they should is very annoying for patients. Very unprofessional!
I had really bad side effects with my epilepsy meds and Joanne was so helpful and lovely! Highly recommend talking to her as she really put me at ease after I tried so many other medical professionals.
