Worse service ever. They didn't provide the results for the X-ray as the doctor on site wasn't sure if it was broken so had to get a specialist to look at it. She said she would call back to give me the results. She did not call back the next day so I called the clinic to find out if they have the results. They said to check in at 5pm. I called again and they did have them and said they will email it and I queried if a doctor will let me know what the results means. The receptionist said I should be able to interpret it if I know what the osicle (?) means. I said I would be more comfortable if a doctor could tell me. She asked if I wanted a doctor to call me back and I confirmed it would be good to know what I had to do for my son's care and if it was broken. Dr Tayo called me back but then charged me for this call. No indication that to interpret the results I would be charged. I went to the site and asked why I was charged again and was told by the receptionist that anytime I speak to a doctor I will be charged and that I received triage services for the day before payment (even though the doctor couldn't tell us if my son had a fractured ankle and they said they would call me but didn't) I did pay the second charge as it was $20 with the ACC (because I don't like being in debt) but it seems very unethical to charge people expecting them to interpret X-ray results and work out the care required by themselves. It also baffles me as I have never had to pay for results and an update when the initial doctor themselves didn't know how to interpret the X-ray. They certainly don't double charge like this in Auckland.

We had such a great first experience here today. My son was seen within 20 minutes, and the doctor quickly got him checked, diagnosed, and prescribed the medication he needed. The staff were friendly from the moment we walked in, the kiosks were super easy to use, making check in really smooth. The whole place is clean, modern, and well designed. Highly recommend this urgent care clinic!

Tui Medical, including all their other integrated services, are amazing! The people, the services and everything in between are awesome. They genuinely care about their patients (and non-patients via urgent care) and I am always well looked after in every way. I am very fortunate to have found Tui Medical. From the moment I walked in the door. All the staff was friendly and supportive. This was my first time to experience Tui medical and all I can say is that all areas was profesional. Reception, x-ray, Dr and nurses. I thought it stopped there, the after care service was equally as good. Well done!!! Keep up the good work.

The whole staffs here are all patient and nice even when I was so scared that I asked many questions. They all listened to me and talked and explained to my questions with professional advices no matter how many those questions were or sound dramatic and fuzzy. The clinica asistant Nardaya is so patient to my questions on front desk and helped me to clear out my nervous mind, and so nice to give me affirmation that I will be fine. While nurse Silvastina was so patient to explain the information of the vaccine I will get and printed a copy for me to read when she found me struggle describing some of the terms in the vaccine and helped me through to remember my previous type of shot I had last year. A big notice is that it was midnight, the tiredness only make Nardaya and Silvastina worth the best rate I can ever give because it is hard for anyone who would have been in mood to stay patient and fresh to answer so many questions during midnight! The nurse Rupinder Kaur who gave me the vaccine injection also explained to me every single question I raised to make me anxiety go away before the shot because I was so scared of the side-effect, needle and anything that would come with it. But she explained everything that made me not nervourd anymore.She even give me a guniue advice to my another unrelevant question relating to my regular treatment. She showed what professionalism is all about. Above all, a big thank you to all staffs in Tui Medical Te Rapa Urgent Clinic. This is one of the best experience I have here in Hamilton, New Zealand. What you gave to me is not just a in-time and proper injection but also a boost of injection to recover my confidence on the healthcare system. I know that they are trustworthy to support behind me to take care of me.

Love my Doctor at Tui Medical, TeRapa. He's the only doctor I've ever had that follows up blood tests etc weather they be negative or positive and sends information explaining things and if u need a script to fix the issue he will leave a script at reception for me to pick up. All this info he sends to me my text. He is truly an amazing Doctor. He's one that looks after his patients well and follows through. Not like all these other doctors out there. We need more doctors like him.

Was our first time here, staff were awesome I'm surprised we didn't had to wait long either. Saw a Nurse just after waiting 10 minutes and then sat in waiting room again for less then 10 minutes to see the doctor. Had awesome service would go again. Getting a repeat prescription entails you having to chase them for literally weeks on end. Always some or other excuse or story as to why it was not processed. A complete waste of time an energy. Oh...I should mention that when I *finally* got a message to say my script was completed, I discovered that 9 items were prescribed (I only requested 3) and of the 9, only 2 items were correct. The rest are for medications I am not on?! My requests for the practice manager to call me as this is obviously deeply concerning has so far fallen on deaf ears. Shocking on so many levels. Will be looking for a new GP in short order....

Wow new paitent to Tui and the area, Dr was on time, where I have come from waiting 45 minutes plus for your appointment was normal. To wait 3 minutes blew me away. The Dr was really understanding as I have multiple problems that don't run into each other. I felt heard and not pill pushed which I appreciated so much. Thank-you
