dr colin...terrible...would rather have 300 tabs open online shopping than researching his patients..infact yells at you for researching yourself...and here i am 3 visits later still needing a xray to address my SCOLIOSIS curvature of the spine....wont recognise that a disease can and DOES cause other issues with mental health etc...it's well document in medical journals, terrible doctor needed WInz paperwork signed months ago and here we are going around in circles still..good to see im not the only one here getting treated like this, even refused me a referral for a xray of my lower back to see what my cobb angle is doing (untreated scoliosis since a child in australia) ...someone remove his medical licence

Highly do not recommend. I asked for a very simple but very important repeat prescription to be put through last Thursday. Went to pick it up at the chemist on Saturday but was told it hadn’t been put through. At this stage I am out of the important medication. Rang back on Monday, told them I am out of the medicine and asked for it to be put through. Went to the chemist on Tuesday and was told it was not there. Went and visited the doctors the same day and told them I need the prescription ASAP. The receptionist gave me a physical copy to give to the chemist Went to the chemist on Friday and the prescription could not be put through as it had no barcode. The doctors then emailed the chemist the wrong prescription when they asked them to correct it. So I go into the doctors once again and I am given a prescription for…. The wrong medicine!! I cannot understand how hard it is for them to put through a prescription correctly. As a result of their lack of organisation I have been without this important medicine for a week and my health is now at risk. I emailed them on Monday addressing my concerns and have not had a reply. The receptionist is usually nice but rolled her eyes at me when I came in saying I need the medicine today. They also don’t answer the phone. The nurses and female doctor are nice.

I know there is a shortage of doctors, but OMG that Dr Colin is terrible, happy enough guy but he didn't take my health issues seriously at all which is so unprofessional, he gave me no indications of what could be the problem and then pretty much brushed it off as poor diet, I wouldn't recommend this doctor at all. I ended up going to the A&E doctor to get the answers I was looking for. The phone/video call doctor on the other hand is always good, the reception staff are very nice, the centre has lots of off street parking and a large waiting room. 5 stars if not for the doctor, maybe he was just an on call doctor?
