My partner waited 2hrs just to see a doctor (Musuku) who was on her phone when he walked in while the waiting room was full & then ultimately turned him away & told him that if he still feels ill to go to Emergency at the hospital , absolutely appalled at her service as a medical practitioner.
Excellent medical service. I was very happy with my visit and consultation with both staff nurses and doctors.
Time management and communication in this clinic is poor. Receptionist remained on the phone 3 minutes after arrival and said will be seen soon but after 15 minutes still no update. After 30 minutes still no update but can hear staff just chatting away.
Seriously let down by this clinic.. Had an appointment set for 12:30 pm on a Saturday, only to waste 30 minutes waiting around. I ended up leaving without being seen because I had other scheduled appointments afterwards. What's worse, someone who arrived after me got seen first. Sure, I get it, not all patients are seen in the order of their arrival. I work in healthcare, so I'm well aware. But is it too much to ask for basic communication? A simple heads-up about the delay and a courtesy check if I could wait a bit longer would have sufficed. Instead, I was left in the dark, twiddling my thumbs for half an hour with no indication of when my turn might come. Terrible communication. With all the hype this clinic gets, I expected way better.
Lovely receptionist, customer service and well-understanding doctors.
I have never experienced such poor service in my life thought that ETH was bad but this medical center is 10xs worse... Apparently you cannot see the doctor unless your red light emergency and this is like everyday. If you need a top up of prescription that's not important come back tomorrow even if your life depended on it, my 9 year old has. Case of vomiting and diarrhea that's not important too it's not a medical emergency she said (Receptionist)
Competent and very pleasant doctor, friendly nurses, prompt and affordable service! The clinic is clean and neat, and a there's a pharmacy next door for convenience. So glad I enrolled here. :)
