   Not inclusive to the point of not treating a illness, on going issue with out going into details, very uncaring and judging. Dr Ansley you need to do better, a family member was very sick after tests elsewhere now on treatment. You delayed this happening, and caused more pain as a result. Don't go to this Dr.

   I live on Ngaio street a 1 minute walk away from this medical centre. Twice I have asked if they will accept me as a patient and they've said no,even though both my parents go to this practice.

   Bit let down by your service as I wasn't able to register here as I didn't fall into the specified zone allocation If our road wasn't divided by a wee roundabout then we would share the same residential road I understand your reasonings for needing to zone But I beg to differ on the authenticity of your reasonings and felt I was being looked down on as you stated Waltham it sounded as if I had a disease your doctors didn't even want to give the time to help cure

   I filled out a form the other day just to be given same form to fill out on the exact minute of my appointment. Resulting in my being booked for another appointment. Meanwhile I was in 5mins before my appointment n only if the front desk lady attended to me this would have been avoided rather she took the 5mins to chat with people at the desk
