   I have an appointment at 2:45pm on 15 dec with doctor Clive but due to concerns with traffic I was bit late and reach there just before 3 pm but when I reach to reception counter the receptionist say you’re late we charge $50 as our policy but they didn’t schedule that day because you missed the appointment time that fair enough . But when my last appointment 25 july . I was waiting to see doctor nearly 30minutes even I have appointment . So , this seems they don’t care value of time of patient/ customer but even you bit little late the provider charge from you . I didn’t fair in that . I already requested because I was only 10 minutes late but she replied no and even tried to call

   One star just because I need to put some. Worst experience. Dr. Martin did a good job first time I went there, second time I went with a less experienced dr. and it was a joke, he did jot take one single note, then he filled up Southerncross documents with wrong info because he simply did not remember what we talked. Then they made me pay something that THEY should claim to my insurer, and just now I discover that Southerncross payed them by mistake and they did not inform or refund…

   So far our experience with Tara Road Medical has been great. The receptionists are friendly when we call to make appointments. Our doctor, Dr Dennis Docker is brilliant. He listens and is proactive with his care. He is quick to send out referrals and talks you through the process so that you understand how it all works. Highly recommend.

   Came last time, no problem at all, got my examns done and the attention was good. I made the second appointment through the app to follow up, 2 weeks in advance as I was told to the receptionist. Came to the appointment and this other receptionist said that I can't be attended because I'm not enroll. Even when the last time i got told to do this to have an appointment. Wasting my time.

   Lovely doctors who have been looking after my family and I for the past few years. From crazy accidents to illness they have always helped and listened. I love the app where you can communicate with your doctor makes it so easy and convenient when I’m unable to physically go in. So quick to help even on weekends.

   I have been treated by Drs Pankras and Haitsma for over 10 years now. They are both very good at their job. I can't recommend them both highly enough. The practice they have established on Tara Rd, along with their support staff, is second to none. We are fortunate to be registered patients, and yes, it can be frustrating having to wait in car, or wear masks etc at times, but, like the vax, we do it for the health of others. If you are lucky enough to get the chance to register, get in quick. You won't regret your decision.

   Quite disappointed with my experience here,tried to book an appointment on a Wednesday but was told I had to wait till the following Monday as they had nothing available and they were only taking accidents. The receptionist seemed unorganised and didn’t have great customer service at all,made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I eventually had my appointment with a male doctor (sorry don’t remember his name) I was talked over and left feeling very confused about the reason I came in. After my appointment I nicely asked the receptionist if I could change to a female doctor and was looked at by both of them like I was stupid for asking and was told there were none. Maybe if you’re short staffed just say that instead of being snarky? I was texted my blood test results to which i did not understand at all so tried calling about 4 times so someone could explain but no answer. I decided to go in as I was slightly worried about the results and the reception seemed annoyed by me not understanding my results so asked if I wanted to talk to the nurse. Again was talked over by the nurse and didn’t answer my questions properly but she did explain slightly better than the doctor. Still walked out feeling very confused and overall was just not a good experience I wouldn’t recommend this place and unfortunately won’t be coming back. am quite shocked seeing the responses to some of the reviews on here guessing it’s one of the lovely receptionist :)
