   I've been at this practice since I was a baby, I've found the nurses, receptionists, and most specialists to be an absolute delight, (namely the occupational therapists, respiratory therapist, and the nurses who run ECGs, chest exrays and bloods) however, every male GP I have gone to have been very dismissive and sometimes flat out rude, especially Dr Daun, who told me to try extreme exercise for my fainting, which resulted directly in 8 concussions, the only exception being Dr zeeshan(I'm sorry I have no idea how to spell it) who has been less dismissive and more sceptical, I suppose? I have chronic pain and fatigue, and sometimes that's hard for people to grasp if they don't experience it. Dr Charlotte is lovely, very busy, but helpful, and fairly understanding, she has helped me so much, and I'm very sad to be leaving her behind. It's definitely a practice where you need a support person, and they could do with some younger doctors, but the rest of the staff are amazing, and I'm very grateful for them.

   Sorry but this were a business and healthcare do not meet - went for blood to be taken as requested by GP took a number and rang the bell I was number 13 - there were 13 people waiting, I waited 20 min and not one person came out of the blood room nor was any body from the 13 of the waiting patients asked to step in side for bloods to be taken. Very Very poor service

   My grandmother came in and was treated by Dr Andy Daun and had an extremely awful experience feeling like she was a waste of time to them, not letting her say her problems or with the pain in her joints and was dismissed. she had chocolates for him as a new year's gift and she chose not to give them to him after feeling like a waste of time to him. Thanks for ruining her confidence, she's definitely not coming back.

   Been here twice. Both times were very bad. The first time was three years ago, I was a walk In patient as we had just moved to the area. The receptionist was super rude and mad me pay for my appointment before seeing doctor firstly didn't appreciate the tone she used (as if to say I wouldn't pay for my appointment) and just the blatant lack of empathy and disregard toward me, her attitude was completely unprofessional. (Paid cash) remember clearly. I went in because I was having issues with my heart, I told the male doctor I was passing out and was told by him that I I had anxiety,.fast foward to last week,.I have since had heart surgery because I was misdiagnosed and dismissed by the doctor I saw, no tests were taken apart from a pregnancy test, temp.ans blood pressure and bloods, no ECG was taken would have thought an ECG would be necessary in any case to do with the heart never followed up my condition because I thought my new doctor would just. Say it's anxiety.

   I went in looking to talk to a doctor as i am so Ill. Went to the energy room and talked to a receptionist. Repeatedly her going “ugh what was it”? “Speak louder” I’ve never had someone so rude and sigh as much as she did to me. Then got told to just go call my doctor.

   A New Yorker far from home: had a bit of an emergency and was told to check out the medical center, 20 minutes before closing on the weekend. Surprisingly, they took me in and I had the most lovely experience. What a warm welcome from the receptionist and Dr. Daun was very knowledgeable and great to chat with. They immediately got me what I needed and I feel so much better. Highly recommend!
